Not that I am aware of. Standardization of ingredients has not changed; we have switched manufacturing facilities, and that is a more likely cause.
The new yellow AP caps actually taste of AP :food:

That is a fair assessment. My intake has been within that range with much success dude.
i was thinking maybe the hypo feeling is gone because my total carb count for each day has gone up. when i first started i was on a reduced or moderate carb diet. so i thought maybe after a few weeks of higher carbs my body was loaded up or something so the hypo feeling was less? i don't know i'm no scientist. i don't want to feel hypo but that let me know something was going on.... so i was wondering if it quit or bad bottle? if you are right and it gets better with this new bottle without much of the hypo feeling that would be awesome.

will taking powerfull with my bedtime protein shake, which contains around 3-5g carbs, effect the HGH release?
is prime going to be the same product as the testosterON product mentioned at the beginning of the thread?
would adding pslin to my supps regiment be a good idea if i'm trying to drop bodyfat? i currently use all Usp labs other stuff AP Cissus and powerfull and feel like i'm getting good results.
all the carbs kind of scare me ...sounds like a good bulking supp?
...so i think you just said pslin is more for bulking?
uhh mullet .... i'm from alabama. so i think you just said pslin is more for bulking?
Food log.. that's effing awesome. Not necessarily. That is the beauty in the supplements (Pslin and AP). No more are the days of the low carb requirement to lose bf. I am currently maintaining a moderate to high carb diet, while dropping bf%, gaining strength.
Look at my food log below to see some examples of my meals.
I'm coming off a bulk and want to lose body fat. I will be eating around 150g of carbs/day. Would using AP only 2 times a day at my 2 high carb meals still be beneficial or do you have to take it 3 times a day.
Also I am either choosing between Recreate or Anabolic Pump. Since I am on a lower carb diet which would help out more?

i have been on recreate for 8 weeks now. im currently 10.5 weeks out from my upcoming show. i know that you recommend only taking recreate for 12 weeks then taking a 4 week break. how would you suggest i finish out my last 10 weeks?
is it possible to take a break now and then start up again in jsut 2 weeks since i have only been on the recreate for 8 weeks then do another 8 weeks that would take me up to my show date?
thanks!
renee
Definitely, that is what I would suggest. The warning is more or less of legal, and not pragmatic nature - but, if IIRC, you are a fitness competitor and already know that!
How have you enjoyed ReCreate so far? I have had several female friends absolutely love the effects; it is a very potent anti-lipogenic without many of the harsh side effects associated with most fat burners.
im loving the recreate!!! im getting great results and hate to even take a break from it!! im stim sensitive so i love that the recreat is so effective yet doest make me feel all cracked out and jittery. just a good source of clean energy.
thanks for the help!

Two days off recreate and Im feeling kinda tired-is it all in my head??
A little and yes. And I agree with all you wrote mullet, makes alot of sense.
Just for the record its not lethargy, lets clear that up right quick, it just seems like Ive been a little more tired, its hard to explain, but Ive had no appetite rebound or any mad cravings, thats all normal. I think you already answered my question, my body was in kinda turbo efficient mode between the recreate, the ap and the pf, and now Im just kinda slowing back down to semi-normal mode. Seriously, it all makes sense when you look at the big picture. Thanks.

Oops. I didnt notice when you sent me this link that the thread was in the USP product area. I thought it was just a Mullet answers all thread. LoL. My bad. If you can answer, great! If not, ill post in an appropriate thread...
Mullet,
Neat thread. Ahhh... I love the wealth of information available on this site..
Quick question regarding creatine -
I had always heard creatine ethel-ester was better than monohydrate, but I have also heard that Kre-Alkalyn (which I guess is buffered from monohydrate or something) is really effective. I have a couple bottles of each from a local going out of business supp sale. Which would you say is the better of the two?
Both are in capsule form if it matters. The ethel-ester suggests 3 pills, twice daily. The Kre-Alkalyn 1500 suggests 2 pills, twice daily
I have been using AP for the past 7 days and have recently added PowerFull. I currently take 1 AP before breakfast, lunch & dinner and 1 PowerFull 1 hour after breakfast and 2 Powerfull before bed. Oh I also take a vitamin pak usually 30 minutes after breakfast or lunch. What schedule and dose would you recommend of these two supplements?

I have stacked these two supps quite often over the last year. What you have there is how I took them the only thing different would be that on your training days take the first dose of powerfull like 30 mins before your workout. Also remember to take two consecutive days off from the powerfull weekly to maintain it's effectiveness. I'm not a rep or anything but thats how I dosed my ap/powerfull stack and got great results.
P.S.
AP's effectiveness is affected by how many carbs you take in with it. There are a few posts around explaining that angle. Hope this helps.
Just a followup not a question. I had posted about being a little more tired after stopping recreate. Well, I just wanted to say that its less than a week and already that "feeling" has passed. I dont know if it was solely due to stopping recreate, but initially the tired feeling seemed to come from the absence of recreate, and now I dont feel any abnormality in energy at all. To me this is just one more benefit of recreate, that there really wasnt a crash upon cessation, more so just a very brief readjustment period which went fairly smooth, with no real serious negatives. Ive had no weight gain, and my energy level seems to be back to what it was pre-recreate, and surprisingly there has been no increase in my appetite, which I was initially concerned about. I will be taking a short time off recreate and then jumping back on as soon as I can afford some more. All in all, recreate definitely delivered on its promises for me, and I will be using it as a staple supplement whenever the budget allows me to.
i just completed my first week of recreate after 8 weeks of use and as i posted before i too noticed some extra tiredness as my body tried to reset itself and get back to normal. this lasted about 3 days. now i feel like im back to normal. with the recreate my hunger was under control between meals but would start to feel hunger at my scheduled meal times. so when i came off the recreate i did have an increase in hunger but remember that im also on a cutting diet where my cals are just at maintance some days and slightly below maintanceon others and im weight training 5 days a week and doing cardio 7 days a week for 50 min as im 9 weeks out from a figure show. so my extra hunger could very well be from those factors as well not just the stopping of recreate.
i have not gained any weight back after stopping the recreate which i was worried about especially being only 9 weeks out from a show. i love the recreate and plan on starting up again in a week and use it up to my contest along with the AP!
quick question. i have a bunch of camp i want to use up in a cut. I also have bolic i want to use. I know that both have forslean in it, how much of each can i take without over doing it
Awesome to hear you're getting good results![]()
