Quick Question on T3

I have been taking T3 for about a week and a half now. My plan: 25/25/25/50/50/50/50/75/75/75/50/50/50/50/25/25/25/25

Someone told me to not even go above 50mcg because danger of shuting down thyroid. Any opinions on this. I am a big guy, 240lbs ( dont know body fat %) .

The danger isn't in shutting down the thyroid as much as it is you're in danger of burning up hard earned muscle instead of fat. Speed your metabolism up too fast without AS and/or sufficient caloric intake and that's what you get. Plus, it seems when people get into the areas of T-3 they usually stack it with other fat burning types of supps which makes going high even less necissary.

More is not always better. If you can hit 50mcg and get your desired results then stop there.

I tried going to 100mcg, and it worked when i was on, but now that i am off, i realize that 50-75mcg is my keyed in zone. i had rebound when i came off 0f 100. I dont think that i will go thqt high again.

It is my personal opinion that the speculated amount of shutdown, and length of recovery, has been way overblown.

When I use T3, I will start at a dose of 100mcg, and work my way up to 200mcg, for a cycle duration of 25-30 days. When I discontinue T3 use, I don't taper down, as it is not necessary considering the length of use.

I've never noticed any negative, fat-gain rebound with 25-30 day cycles.

I've done this type of cycle (the one I described in my previous post) I think 20+ times in the last 10 or so years, and I've yet to run into any thyroid complications.

I might just be genetically lucky to be born with a thyroid that bounces back quickly after T3 use, I'm not sure.

I'm guessing that people who struggle with fat-gain rebound post T3 use, haven't adjusted diet and training to suit the post-T3 rebound.

Since your metabolism will be in a slower state for the first month or so post-T3, you might as well Increase training intensity and cardio duration, since you will be less catabolic.

Not only that but you'd want to drop total calories a bit.

One thing I know people screw up on, is they purposely go very low calorie while on their T3 cycle, then when they come off, there is no where for them to go but up. Don't make this mistake, you want to be able to drop 500 or so calories off your diet post-T3 use, without starving yourself.

Plan it all out beforehand, and you won't have problems. This basic idea goes not only for T3, but steroids too. Hell, anything bodybuilding related.
