I was using the diet tracker to see what my macros look like and I'm really high on fat. Around 40 percent. I know a basic bulking diet is about 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. My question is does this apply to everyone? Especially ectos. I drink lots of whole milk,half and half,coconut oil. It's just easier to get those calories that way. How close should I try to get those numbers?
