Quick powerfull question?

Hi, I was just wondering, I have a couple bottles of powerfull that I bought during the sale a couple of months ago. Powerfull/cissus combo, but being only 17, and turning 18 in March, do you think maybe I should wait to use these. From what I've read, it's as safe as taking creating since it's non hormonal, but I still don't want to take any risks.

Here's what I would be stacking it with.
Mega men multi
Man Clout
DS Vigor (morning, post workout)
GF Pro Cherry
Now Super EPA
Now Ginger root
Scivation Xtend (use on workout days only, 2 scoops)
Bulk Citrulline malate (6 grams added on workout days)
Bulk Cissus (1/2 tsp morning/night, 1/2-1tsp pre workout)

Lots of supplements: But they're pretty much the basics except for the BCAA, CM, Cissus.

As a pitcher, I've come to love cissus, hence why I'll continue to use it.

Do you have low test levels to begin with?

Because I can't imagine your body producing more natural test at that age, it's already pretty high to start with.

Take 4 powerFULL before pitching, endurance training or weight training.

IMO Powerfull has very little to do with testosterone..
My experience with Powerfull has been a wonderful one and it is something I would take forever if it did not lose's it effects the longer I was on. Great stuff with MANY benefit's indirectly nrelated to bodybuilding!

Have any of you had any side effects with it? I've been reading up on its sleep benefits, and may try it out just for that. I'm not looking for it to increase test, but would gladly use it for even its sleep benefits. Which at the moment, are out of control due to school, and training.

USP, I've noticed you've talked about the health benefits of using powerfull, any idea on when a write up will be posted discussing the benefits of using it? At the moment, everything I've read on it has been positive, but at the same time, no one my age has cared to express there opinion, or results from supplementing with it. I've used zma, and melatonin before. Although, zma made me break out, and did nothing for sleep. Worked for a couple days, then it just caused me to stay awake longer. And I have a bottle of melatonin, but only use that on occasions when I know I need to sleep.

In your opinion, if I were to use this at my age, what benefits do you think I could see relating to health?

*throws in thoughts*
I don't think PowerFULL raises test levels so much, more that it free's bound test within the body. Everytime I've used PowerFULL I've had the following ''benefits'' - Increased libido, enhanced sleep, feeling of well being, enhanced balance. On the downside I often felt tired but since I started using it again last week I've felt anything but tired, this could be due to the new formula.

When I was 17 though I had all of the above benefits without supplementation so I'm really not sure if it's going to help all that much. Try it and see.

Glad you mentioned it! PowerFULL is a natural antibiotic. We are taking a small reformulationa and restructuring vacation. On our return, Every product will have a detailed HONEST writeup.

thank you all!

Well, I've decided to start using it, and my sleep over the last few days has been pretty awesome. I have a little bit of sleep insomnia, and I've been able to fall asleep faster, and wake up more refreshed.

I've been doing 2x4x2. And 2x2x2 on off days. I'll update again after a month goes by.

Would 4caps before WO (with no dose in the morning and at night) still have some noticeable effect?

Well, it's been about 5 days since I've been using this product. I've noticed no increase in acne, or anything related to that matter. I use the clear skin regimen, and find that it works pretty well. I'm using this for it's sleep benefits, and I've noticed no increase in aggression, or any other changes in hormone levels. I'm not expecting to see in increase in testosterone, for as the above posts explains it all. At this age, I already produce a lot of testosterone, and understand that. But, I do, however, enjoy the product so far. I attempted to get my dad to try out the supplement, but he's not big on supplementing, so I'm just using it to see the supposed synergetic effect when stacked with creatine and its effect on the quality of sleep. But again, at my age, it's hard to tell. This product probably works best for those who are older then 30, or atleast older then 21.

Energy levels are about the same, as they have always been, and recovery is about the same so far. Sleep is pretty good, as I deal with sleep insomnia, but more time is need to fully see the benefit of using this supplement.

Pre/during: I use 2-3 scoops of xtend, 6 grams of citrulline malate, 1 scoop gf pro cherry, and 16 oz of xfactor gatorade.

I will say, however, that when I first took the initial dose of 4 caps before a game, I felt extremely tired during the game. But my energy levels rebounded as the game went on.

Well, it's been about a week since I've been taking this, and I'm actually liking it. I've noticed my sleep has been much better as of late, and I'm not sure, but my endurance was much better my last workout.

I'm doing 2 full body workouts twice a week, and 2 plyometric workouts, and on my full body days, I do metabolic circuit training. I just started my offseason program on the 15th of August, and that's what my strength training coach for baseball has me doing. Anyways, in my last workout, I noticed my endurance was much better! I was a little tired going into the workout, but once I began working out, my energy levels rose significantly as I progressed from one exercise to the other. As far as physical characteristics go, I've noticed no changes in how much I sweat during the day, although, I sweat very little anyways, and my face has not gotten any oilier. Although, I normally have normal-oily skin, I've noticed that my skin doesn't get as oily as it used to, which is pretty awesome to say the least.

to sum it up:
strength seems to be increasing, but note some of it is due to muscle memory since I didn't lift as much during the summer because I was injured.

Sleep: pretty good as of late, and I've had some pretty cool dreams.

Increase in oil production: No
Any Acne from product: No
Aggression: Nope, I'm pretty laid back, although when I took zma in the past, I noticed i was more aggressive, although with this, I haven't noticed any changes. I'm a pretty laid back guy as it is.
Endurance: Questionable, more time is needed, but I had a good workout yesterday!
Recovery: pretty good, although, more time is needed to fully see the benefits of using this product.

Pre workout nutrition: 3/4 cup of oats, 16 oz of xfactor gatorade, 1 scoop gf pro cherry protein.

Man Clout
4 powerfull
1/2 tsp of Bulk Cissus (from Nutraplanet)

Pre/during: 6 grams citrulline malate/1 scoop of Gf Pro Cherry protein/16 oz of xfactor gatorade.

Post: 1/2 cup of oats, 1 scoop wpi (ran out of protein, :(, although, I ordered more last night) 16 oz of xfactor gatorade, Vigor.

I think you're going a bit over the top with your pre, mid and post workout nutrition, specifically on whey protien.
How long are your workouts?
At what times do you normally have the pre-workout shake, the mid-workout shake and post-workout shake?

About an 1 hour 15 prior to workout.

Well, right now, I'm in the gym longer for my workouts then I would like, but these are the exercises I did last workout.

Squat: 3x10
Dumbbell incline Press: 3x10
Seated Cable Row:3x10
RDL: 3x10
Shoulder Lateral Raises3x10
Hammer chins3x10
Single Leg Deadlift:3x8
Tricep Pulldown3x10
DB Hammer Curls3x10

I won't be doing this the entire offseason, just at the beginning.
I'm supposed to do pullups, but they aggrevate my left shoulder, so I switch in hammer chins, and I also swich in pulldowns for skull crushers due to the fact they aggrevate my elbows.

Anyways, I'm off to school.

It took me about 1.5 hours to complete. I sip on the shake during the workout. Then after I get home, I stretch for about 20-25 minutes, then take postworkout shake, then follow that with a whole food meal. Chicken breast, oatmeal, green smoothie, fish oil, multi, ginger root. And I'll add 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to that.

Non workout days: I have 1-2 scoops of wpi, and the rest of meals consist of chicken, or a lean meat.

I think it is important to remember his age when questioning the amount of supplements especially the calorie/protien input. At 18 and an athlete in regular competition he needs a lot of nutrients. I know my teenagers ate all the time, slept a lot and then were on overdrive when not eating and sleeping.

I don't think he needs any of it, benificial? Yes. Required? No. I think he'd do well to replace his pre and mid workout protein shake with 100g chicken/tuna each time, leaving the protein for post workout only. At the very least it'll save him money.

On that I agree, I've had to reset my diet several times over the years whan I started doing more shakes & supp's than real meals. Gets to damn easy to throw a shake together and grab a handfull of supp's vs fixing/finding something solid/good for you.

I should probably note that I eat a couple of chicken breast prior to working out.

Due to school, my diet gets messed up.

But I have 2 whole food meals after school, and then going into the workout, I add in the pre workout shake to increase my calorie intake for the day.

After school: 1 Boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2-3 pieces of wholewheat bread, and a green smoothie.

Same meal a couple of hours later, although I'll sometimes replace the whole wheat bread with 1.5-2 cups of oatmeal.

I take the green smoothies in between meals:

it consists of spinach/oj or spinach/water/lemon juice.

I pretty much recharge after I get home from school, and I'm having success with it so far.

Tuna: I'm sry, but I hate this stuff, but I eat 3-4, 5-6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast a day, and also consume a 1/2 gallon of lactaid milk a day. Not all the time, but I come close to it.

Non workout days: 1 scoop of wpi in morning, 1 scoop of xtreme formulations ultra peptide at night with natural peanut butter, and 8-10 oz of lactaid milk.

I take powerfull, bulk cissus, ginger root, vigor, multi, and fish oil on non workout days: i also take the creatine since man clout is recommended to take every day. Once I'm done with using this, I'm switching it out for high voltage body octane, which I've already ordered.

Note: I never used to use the preworkout shake above, but I began experimenting a little bit, and noticed my energy levels increase when consuming the shake preworkout.

I have a pretty fast metabolism, and sometimes it's hard to keep up, but I'm managing.

I started august 15, as of september 5, I put on 4.6 lbs. Strength has gone from 135x10 for squats-205x10 for squats.

Some of it is due to muscle memory.

I'm small, and I need to get to about 170 by next baseball season in order to have a chance at hitting 90.

Started 127.4, at the moment, I'm 133. I still have a long ways to go, but I like the way i feel at the moment, and my skin is improving daily. I almost have clear skin, and recovery times are pretty awesome.

Anyways, it's lunch, so I gotta go. Hopefully this clears some things up.

I'm a fan of supplements and choose to spend the money i've earned on those rather then fast food, or video games. I have a shot at hitting 90 plus, and I'm attempting to do everything in my power to reach that goal by next summer.

Frank
