Questions about M14add cycle

Hey well im planning to run a M14add cycle stacked with stanodrol. I plan to run the m14add at 120-120-120-150 I may consider throwing in a 5th week depending on sides, the stano will be ran relatively low and probably only pre workout at 600 to 750mg. I will be using cycle assist during and nolva with pct assist post cycle. My question is how necessary is it to run an AI such as formastane during my cycle and if so how should it be ran. Also is it worth throwing in the extra week of m14add.
 
it depends on the AI- what are your goals? If ur overall goal is size and strength- do not use an ai unless u have symptoms of gno- the extra estro will actually aid in building mass

My main goal is size but I deffinitly want to stay dry is formastane a good AI and how should I dose it?
 
if size is ur main goal only use an ai if u start getting gyno symptoms- im on day 9 and im good


i would reccomend having erase by pes on hand in case symptoms arise
 
I'll agree with schwellington. Also I would add that 120 is the sweet spot for me. not too much bloat but I still get gains.
 
thanks guys so I prob wont bother using the ai incase anything happens or if the gains become to wet, towards the end of the cycle do the gains usually harden up?

m14ad is the PH of dbol. . .sooo with that being said water retention is typically high and will the gains harden up. . . I will have to say that with the help of a hardening substance yes but by nature m14ad is for size and str. . you will have to shape your newly found muscle into being hard as nails. . but that is the case with all of the great bulking agents. .. water retention is good. . .water retention = hydration of muscle. . .increase synthesis. . .connective tissue happiness. . .etc. . .hahah :party:
 
basically- build the wet mass- after cycle run an ai(after pct) and harden it up

Pmag will help dry up the wet gains i made from m14 and help me hold onto the muscle mass while probably building a little more


whats ur pct like? This is the most important part- making gains on cycle is easy holding onto them in pct takes work
 
my pct will be nolva 20-20-10-10 with pct assist, and the basic staples (creatine, superpump) I have never expiremented with a wet compound but now I am excited. I just dont want to look like a fat blob lol. Would it be beneficial to get an ai and take a dose every 3 days or so? Originally I planned to run it at either 90-120-120-150 or 120-120-120-150. After everything I ran I have concluded that my bodies sweet spot is usually alittle higher so I will probably run a 5th week and possibly go up to 180.

P.S I also had this idea that when the compound is wet chances are I will lose all my gains by end of cycle but that seems like it is not the case.
 
I'm logging m1,4 bridged into h-drol. I really like this cycle. I recommend gradually upping the dosage of m1,4 to 120. It gave me bad head aches when I jumped in at 90 mg. I read somewhere that easing into m1,4add reduces the sides (ie bloat). I never ran a wet compound before but I ballooned at the beginning of my cycle

yeah- i am at 120mgs right now im liking it- but i think i could benefit from 150- I weigh 226 lol- its day nine and im already up 6 lbs but not all of that is muscle mass-

anyhow i dont look like a blob at all- in fact- i dont have much bloat-m14add while being a precursor to dianabol does not bloat you like dbol- or so i have read
 
I think the bloating depends from person to person. I put on 10 lbs on easily in the first week eating 3000 cals clean. I know most of it was water weight but I'm definitely noticeably fatter than I was 5 weeks ago... albeit I'm up about 20 lbs so that should be expected.

schwellington, have you gotten noticeably stronger yet? My strength gains didn't come in until around day 15.

ehh minor strength gains- squat went from 305 8x to 315 8x

deads went from 295 x8 to 305x6


bench is up a tiny bit too

so no nothing spectacular but minor gains

im also at 150 mgs and 300 mgs 1ad though


but i cant wait for the last two weeks:redeemerwhore:
