Hi Guys,

I just noticed that after a while, Jack3d's powder become hard, and I have to break it using a fork before using it.

i know this happen a lot with Universal's storm....I just want to know if this matter will reduce the effectivenessof Jack3d.

thanks

Shouldn't reduce the effectiveness. Keep all moisture out of the container. Even a few drops can start the powder turning. The very end of my most recent tub did this a little bit. None of my other tubs have done it. It is kind of weird that this is the first of like 7 tubs that has done this, but it's also summertime, and it's more humid. You can try keeping it in the fridge to control the moisture too.

Yea.
Happened to mine as well. But I do keep it on the 2nd floor "Out of reach of the kids"
And it does get humid up there.

I did not notice any change in the preformance though.
It's all still good.

JP.
