Hey guys I am new here. I am 6'3 300lbs and well built. I have a lot of muscle and a very big frame. But I am overweight and the small amounts of fat that I have which covers my muscle, hides most of my muscle, making me look untoned and not toned, which I should be. I hear great reviews of the Jack3d formula and I am wanting to buy it. Here is my question. To tone up, is Jack3d good for jogging and running, not just weight lifting. I am guessing it is. Is there any thing else you all reccommend for me? I always do a mix of weight lifting and running in my workouts. I am new to this supplement stuff and now that I have time during the day to workout because of going back to college, I am wanting to get serious about excersise. Thanks guys!
