hmhhh nah nothing of such thing have been reported .. even at 9 caps.

Pretty standard. Alot of whole foods... meat, rice, veggies, fruit.

This is what I take. Only 7 grams of fiber.
Zero issues here with 6-10 caps a day. I also dose all mine empty stomach as well.
That being said I ALWAYS tell my customers when they ask: "Are there any side effects?" I ALWAYS state that there is a small chance one is allergic or intolerant of ANY natural herb/root/compound. Most people can eat peanuts or strawberries with no issue and then there are people who could die without medical attention if they did. What I am driving at is you COULD have a sensitivity to one of the compounds but your reaction is NOT typical of these ingredients.
I appreciate the response. I'm too afraid to try again now lol which is such a bummer because AE seems like such an incredible product.
I just realized you said AE and I was thinking AXT. I have taken up to 12 AE's a day and had zero issue. I bet you could trade it for something to someone if you still have the majority of it. Or give it to a buddy. DON"T TOSS IN THE BIN!
curious if you had a notable difference with the double dosing of AE?

There was an additional benefit BUT it was NOT twice as much as the regular dose(I didn't think it would be to be fair.) The product is very well dosed to begin with that I would 100% rather add anacylus or recomp20...........or both vs double dosing.

Yeah that’s what I thought. I’d rathe add something to hit a different angle before bumping up dose like that. Thanks for the input though! I’m running Anabolic Effect with Anabolic XT and I can’t even believe how well that stack works. It’s actually pretty weird.
Has anyone ever experienced diarrhea with Anabolic Effect?
This is my first time taking it...
I took my first dose Thursday night. Second dose Friday morning... and by mid-afternoon I wasn't feeling too well.
I take a fiber supplement so I usually have pretty solid stools.
But I was up all night Friday pooping my brains out.
I thought maybe I had a bug or something. Didnt take any supplements Saturday and felt ok.
Took 3 capsules of AE sunday morning and 3 more at night and NOTHING else...
Now, Monday morning I have Explosive Diarrhea again. This is insane.
What could be in AE that is causing this?!

It is very possible, some people have reactions to certains supplements/mixes. Give it a few days to let it all clear out of the system, try again and if you get the symptoms again, dont use the supp haha

appreciate the feedback. i ran AE once during its initial release but i don't believe i gave it a fair assessment due to my diet and training being crap. I wasn't very motivated then. I'm going to run it again in a few months.
Never ever heard of this and I have closely followed dozens of threads on AE and used this supplement since inception.
if its from AE, you are literally one in a million,
I didn't have any stomach issue with AE.
For example, I take magnesium everyday, only once gave me stomach discomfort. The day after, 0 issues.
It could be something that you ate.
Sometimes coffee gives me diarrhea, sometimes not.
Even if you drink water from a bottle that you were drinking the day before, could gives you stomach discomfort.
Please delete this thread. Was just trying to ask an honest question after a severe reaction to a product, but really upset people.

The issue wasn't the question - I, and a lot of people answered the question part of it and many of us offered suggestions to try to help you.
The issue was that the thread title came off as very negative towards the product and in the post you asked a question but then went on to make statements that it was the product; and in replies, others explained it had never happened to them and that if that was what caused your issue, that it was definitely rare.
I don't have any issues with you asking honest questions - I had replied to your email asking the question and had also taken probably a good hour out of my night last night to answer questions and reply to things in the thread; and I made sure to explain why I thought the thread title was disparaging and should have been gone about differently and even said in my post - "I don't mean any of this as negative towards you, I just hope that you can see my side of this and the way that it comes off and reflects negatively on the company and product."
We live in an age where many people see a thread title and assume it to be fact and never read the threads or the ensuing discussions. If you'd wanted to change anything about the thread, simply changing the thread title to something like - Anabolic XT Question or something like that would have been fine by me.
My intention wasn't to make you feel bad about your post or make you feel like I or anyone else didn't want to answer your questions; it was just about pointing out that I wish it could have all been done in a way that fostered good conversation (which it has) but without giving the initial impression that there was something wrong with a product. I hope that makes sense.
100% understand.
I just want to make it clear that it was not my intention at all. I though the ? at the end of title would show it was just question.
Should have phrased everything better overall if that wasn't clear. My apologies there.
I appreciate your thoughtful replies. You're the most engaged poster on this forum and I think everyone really appreciates it.
I'm sure AE is an amazing product that doesn't bother 99.99% of people!
I agree. A lot of times issues can be a combination of things. I'll use myself as an example - I can eat a protein bar with sugar alcohols in it or drink a sugar free vitamin water with them in it some days with no problems and other days it may bother me; but doing either one on a day with much fiber and my stomach is wrecked from it.
I'm the same way with coffee too - some days I can drink it all day and it doesn't phase my stomach and other days one cup may bother it.
I always try to be conscious that if I think a product/food/protein shake or anything else affects me a certain way that it may just be me, it may be a combination of things, or it may be coincidence; especially when it doesn't seem to affect anyone else the same way.
yup learned that last year lol .. and coffee combined with food will def cause it ..atleast for me
Man, I can eat really well and I can have a diarrhea, it doesn't make any sense but it is what it is, even if you drink water from the bottle that you left in your night stand the day before and previously you used it ...
I'm not saying that the PO is not right, but me recommendation is take the supplement again and check what happen.
I've had that same thing happen with water I've left in a vehicle, just leaving one in the cup holder and finishing it a couple days later and wind up with stomach issues.
And I think sometimes my stomach is worse when I do eat right. Like this year, since the accident, I've been so bummed, I honestly haven't even tried to eat right until recently. I can eat pizza and candy and stomach is fine; then I clean it up or at least try to and stomach hurts or is upset a few days a week. Maybe my body is telling me something haha
NO xplode has a high amount of bicarbonate in it that causes that.A lot of veggies are pretty hard for the stomach.
I can digest a pizza better than broccoli.
I only had a stomach issue with a supplement, No-xplode , 10 years ago, yes, it was an explosion.
For what it’s worth twinlab ripped fuel…used by tons and tons of people, literally put me in the hospital with severe dehydration and nonstop vomiting. Thought food poisoning so recovered. After 3 days, took pills again, almost had to go back for an IV. **** happens…lol
Yeah it was truly odd honestly. IdkThat's pretty wild bc that was so basic and especially compared to some of the hardcore stuff that I've seen you say that you liked. But definitely goes to show that different things really can affect people differently. I remember back in the old days I used to pop Ripped Fuel like candy.
