Well...so...did you 2 like my bubblebath/ bath salts?
I decided somewhere in my retarded mind that I wanted a puppy! So I have the dogs that live outside the supersized monsters. Well of course If you have a massive dog then you want a tiny dog..yes!i'm not sure if she used them or not yet. Sammy sure does love the FidOmega though, haha
...
*** just a quick note :
The Gut Health really kicked in today. I don't want to go into details because that is naturally disgusting....
Gut Health is awesome! I enjoy(ed) it. I use it in frequent intervals. Ziquor found it great, too! Something else: How much Phosphatidylserine (active) do you get from the two capsules/tablets you consume daily?
Well give the loading phase 5 day to work and the less than desirable sides will go.
:run: :thumbsup:Oh I don't mind...it feels really good, lol
1100mg from 2 pills. I take 1 pre w/o and 1 post w/o. If it's an off day I usually take 1 upon waking and 1 mid day.
its not receding.^^^Here is my OFFICIAL before picture for Virile Mane. I took a few others that were posted below but this is an actual perfect overhead shot. You can see that I am receding at the "peaks", thinning everywhere, and right in the "crown" area I am getting the normal pattern balding patch.
Wow! That's 550mg per tablet! Is that 100% PS? If yes, then it must be best-in-class!
its not receding.
keep things positive - think of it as a strategic retreat!
Dogs are crazy, they'll eat anything and then proceed to lick your face. Sammy looks like a good dog though.
What kind of dog is he? Hard to tell with the angle. He is cute though! Well minus his lunch choices![]()
Im sure you have heard this before but you can think of it this way...
you aren't losing your hair you are just getting more head.
Well Matt is really losing his hair, more so than you evenHe is totally receding and has the spot in the back and sides gone. He has used it 2 weeks now I think with the shampoo and he is getting new growth. So never fear I won't let you go bald!
I apparently missed this thread. However, better late than never and I caught up.
I like your logs.
What's up CT? Your meals always look so freakin awesome.... I gotta say that I'm quite jealous. When I look down at my chicken breast and brocolli I die a little on the inside
BTW, I was going to mention that earlier about your carbs but I got busy and forgot to post it. Just by guessing I'm thinking that you may be slightly more carb sensitive than most (I'm the same way). Because of this I prefer to keep my carbs around 100-150g per day, 2/3 of which are part of my morning meal, the last 1/3 is in my first meal post workout. I would like to see your ratio to be something more like protein 45%, Carbs 35%, Fats 20%. Calories between 2200 and 2500. Since you want results I would reduce these by about 100 calories every few weeks leading up to "showtime" but definitely do not drop below 1700-1800.
I'm at work right now so I don't have the time to go into more detail but if you want I can definitely find the time to get much more detailed.
Thanks about the meals. You're definitely right about the carb sensitivity. I am sure thats what I need to do...and those numbers that you posted seem like what I need to be around for sure. I'd love to talk about it in more detail!

Well you could always jog around the city looking for homes. That counts as cardio!Note : I had planned to do a fat burning style routine this morning but due to some recent circumstances...getting a home has become a very big priority right now so I ended up using the morning before work to look for homes and the best rates on mortgages. I will move the workout until either tonight when I get home from work, or tomorrow morning.
