From reading the past few posts, I feel like I need to add my two cents...
I have both Area 51 and Dragon's Mist. My first workout was with A51 (~6 grams) and I had a great experience. I left a review a few pages back. Minimal sides with a little nausea but nothing that made me feel terrible. The next morning I took Dragon's Mist, a slightly higher dose (~7grams) and felt awful! The sides were in full force that morning and I vomited violently after trying to workout after drinking it. I take full responsibility for this because I took more than what I should have. I felt like since I had no issues with A51 at ~6 grams, then I would be fine going slightly higher...big mistake. Sunday I did cardio and took ~3 grams of A51 and felt perfectly fine. This morning I decided to take DM again and at a lower dose than A51. I used ~5 grams and the sides hit me again. No vomiting this time, but all the bad sides from the first time taking DM were present. It was a struggle to deal with, but the pump and focus were awesome. The cold sweats, nausea and headache...not so much. It lasted for awhile even after I ate. All doses have been on an empty stomach, as I train early in the morning.
In my honest opinion, I feel like DM is stronger than A51. Wednesday morning I will try A51 at 5 grams and see if I can tolerate it again. It just seemed weird that on a smaller dose of DM it hits harder. I shake both containers thoroughly before each serving, so no issues there. Looking at the labels, the first thing I noticed when they arrived is DM having a larger serving size (gram wise) than A51, even though A51 has more ingredients listed. This seemed kind of odd to me and I mentioned it to my wife. Now, I'm no supplement manufacturer, so sure some ingredients may weigh more than others, it just seemed strange.
Regardless, both flavors taste amazing to me. But I will proceed with caution when taking Dragon's Mist. I'm interested to see how A51 goes on Wednesday morning. By no means am I trying to imply any negligence or wrong doing on OL's part, I just wanted to share my experience
