Yeh, I agree hence was confused about the label thing, yeh I know the flavours need different labels, this may mean they where tweaking the forumulae to last minutes in terms of taste...

Incorrect ...there are different labels for different flavours.

One flavour is on the production line at a time in batch mode. The labels are applied to tubs after they're filled. No conspiracy here guys lol

Ok, it was not clear if you meant the label design, the ingredients still needed to be correctly written then printed or it was a matter of the labels design is solid and just needs be applied to the tubs.. either way doesnt matter, i await..

I hear ya bro but think of it like this...
the nature of the process is inherently slow unfortunately. By frequently asking for status updates it will just leave you disappointed and make it seem like you've been waiting longer than you have.

On the bright side your tubs are going to be super fresh ;)

I wasn't asking for updates all the time though...just creeping this thread and getting a little bummed that the expected ship date of 21st is looking like it's not gonna happen. I've been outta preworkout for awhile now so I'm just patiently waiting to finally get that shipping email....if suppz even sends them.

I think tomorrow I'm going to order the BOGO if it's still around. I assume you get to select two different flavors via that site? I wasn't sure if this was even released yet but I guess not....

Was on another forum and that was the word going around it. I'm praying they were just bs'ing to get people worked up.
 
if that the truth then that is a shame, yes I understand **** happens. however, continually disappointing your costumers is bad business. when picking a safe date you need to do exactly that... pick a safe date that you can commit too.

BUT if this is not true disregard this post

That label does look very sexy though. not even mad. Make sure I get them before august 16th otherwise go ahead and air drop them to me on vacation. thanks!

Is there a legitimate source for this August shipping date? Could very well be that they are looking into it before they comment.

Funny you say that...the thread in which I seen the August date has been deleted. Such a cruel joke if that's what it was...I'm feeeening for this stuff.

They are acknowledging it and have said they are just putting the labels on 3 of the flavours. Still hoping for tomorrow but could be an extra day or 2

Nothing to apologize for since we didn't announce it's delayed till August...

As per communications last night and this morning we are working on printing/attaching labels for last 3 flavours. If we miss Friday it'll be a day or so not a 1.5 weeks.

Have you ever ordered from suppz?? Lmao I had a terrible experience with them awhile back...only reason I'm even trying them again is cause the Reign deal was too good to pass up. If suppz don't even have it to ship yet I wouldn't hold my breath for August 1st let alone tomorrow. I hope I'm wrong though .
 
I think suppz is the problem and sorry to say olympus should never have used them to release the product.. come on guys a company who cannot even send confirmation mail, yet there discussion about some poor ass developer, bodybuilding.com and muscle and strength would have never had this issue, its basic customer service well before re1gn even entered birth.. so even if re1gn was ready to ship tommorow i rekon suppz be issue... boom!! Truth hurts

I'm looking at this as a tub half full. Like someone else said it gives me extra time for a stim break to give Re1gn a fair shot because I'm obviously cracking it open and using it the very next workout!

Maybe they were talking shipping for OL site? Or maybe they were wrong, since ya know.. Sometimes people aren't aware fully. Also, don't act like everyone at every company knows everything anyways.

If it ends up shipping August 1st or something, sure you have a right to be a little salty, but even then it's not the end of the world. Lol

Trust me man I absolutely love Olympus labs and swear by all there products. It's just frustrating when we've been hearing about a product for so long and anticipating it ....then the preorder is set to ship 21 days after it goes on sale...then the 21 days passes and still no answer on when it will actually ship. Regardless of when it ships I'll still be an Olympus fan boy.

Good thing you aren't a fan of Evomuse then lol. Top quality products take a long time regardless.. Don't rush it and be underwhelmed like 90% of the crap out there.

Matt always makes good on his customers despite sometimes shipping and stuff being wonky. I'm sure OL will do the same. At the end of the day, you know you are getting something sexy and innovative.. Worth it regardless ha

I get where you are coming from and of course I'd like to have Re1gn in my shaker cup right now. Hopefully it ships soon enough and killer workouts will follow for all!

Suppz has never messed me about with my order, I paid with CC and got a confirmation email.

The release has in reality been pushed back months? I think it was slated for May? June 1st? Yes, it's ridiculous.

I'm sure Olympus realises this, if anything it's hurt their business and the marketing towards the product lost its punch. It's happened before, which is why customers are frustrated.

Nothing you can do about it, I went out and bought other products because I expected this to happen and also being Australian I wait much longer for delivery.

I just learnt to move on, but I understand people set up their cycles, or programs and affects it them.

I would of liked to have seen the release of 1 flavour, even if horrible for AM or loyal Olympus buyers. It may of taken the edge off, but unfortunately the deal with Suppz was clearly in place.

Anyways, you can make it up by releasing Tr1umph ASAP ;)

Thus calm down everybody, I mean deep down everyone knew it'd be a miracle to be on time ⌚ ?. You'll all have it before me, takes 2 weeks to arrive!

I've had some take 5-6 weeks!

Suppz took about 2 weeks, I've ordered from them before.

Record is 8-9 days, shops based on the West coast.

OK. I assume mine should take around that long given that I live in Malaysia which is not too far from Aus.

If this was an internal part of production then yes this would be the case, but label printing is done through a 3rd party printer. They originally created the wrong dielines for the label so our designer had to redesign the labels, this was the reason for the original delay. The date we gave was a safe date given by the printer, who is used by a lot of supplement companies FYI, and they are the ones who have not met our expectations and furthermore yours.

It bothers me to even reason why they didn't just get 5/5 of the flavor sleeves printed as to the 2/5. 2/5 is as good as 0/5. The August 1st ship date is the ship date for the INTL RE1GN not the domestic. The domestic is being prioritized.

Why is everyone freaking out about the shipping? This has happened on almost every launch since last year. Or1gin, Super Shred, Super 7, Super 19, Bloodshr3d, and Assass1nate. It will ship when it ships. Nothing can be done about it now.
 
You would think a company would have everything ready to go before you start taking everyone's money. Just common sense so as a consumer it's frustrating.

I don't think those products were given the hype as much as Re1gn. And people love their pre workouts unlike those other supps. Logically speaking, when you tempt the crowd so much with the product and then keep delaying the product, people are bound to get pissed.

I get that. But if it's a trend with the company then I wouldn't put all my eggs in the basket of "maybe this will be different" if they previously missed either the release date or shipping date on almost every product in a year.

Plus they haven't missed it yet...

I trust Ray more than anyone in OL. See the earlier post on the new predicted shipping date.

Besides, like you said, they have missed so many deadlines before. They should know better.
 
All these shipping woes and suppz hasn't even touched the product yet Just imagine the product doesn't live up to the hype...people will be hanging themselves in here.
