As far as training is concerned did chest Thursday and back yesterday

May do shoulders and tris today. But I picked up

Feeling lean already huh......hmmm. Need more supplement budget.....

Sorry for lack of updates been trying to buckle down but my appetite is ridiculous. Can't find anything to help manage it.

I am driving into Ohio from ny tomorrow so I have. Been gearing up getting shot together. Brochures and t shirts stuff like that to give away nothing crazy tho.

Diet has been ok added carbs in. This was all due to the arnold classic. And kept the carbs in.

Put on some weight body fat stayed the same.
 
thats optimal...all out cut to 6%?

or you gonna recomp then cut

wow that is odd, had pretty much universal feedback on appetite containment

myself - still only using 2/day, cals down to 2850 nonWO/3350 on WO days (seems close to you)
this is down from the 4k cal range where i had been for awhile in a recomp
i have had no hunger issues to speak of
 
Dude anything shirt of 1g of caffeine will not blunt my hunger

I don't know why and I'm starving after a huge meal too. I ate 3.5 lbs of meat yesterday and 3 lbs of veggies some pb and 2 oz cheese

Caffine actually makes me more hungry most of the time for some reason.
