Wondering if there is anything to help with the aches from working out, muscles soreness, tightening of muscles, etc... just general muscle pains. Is there any vitimins or supps to take to help prevent or ease this?
Or is this all about getting big and just to deal with it and eventually it will go away with more lifting experience?
