This is my first log, so I am taking advice from my lifting partner.
He suggested I list my lifts and stats.
I'm 5'11 220 pounds, and actually hoping to gain some weight. I'm eating around 4500 calories right now while bulking. My goal weight would be around 235 pounds if I can hit that at a moderate body fat %.
I recently maxed out on the bench press, squat, and deadlift @ 325 pounds, 400, 475; respectively.
I am hoping to improve those numbers while bulking, and maintain strength after said bulk.
As I said I have been taking VidaTest for 5 days now. I have noticed a change in mood for several hours after taking this product. I feel slightly more energetic, less lethargic, and slightly happier overall. I have also noticed a slight change in my sleeping habits. I am normally a light sleeper and the last night didn't seem to be nearly as light.
I will make at least three updates a week, with any noticeable changes as well as possibly posting up my workout routine when I can.
