This is going to be my log to see how much lean muscle mass I can put on over the next 8-12 weeks. I have been following a 5 day Keto diet Monday through Friday and then carbohydrates or typical bodybuilders diet Saturday and Sunday. Now my Keto macros are Fat - 250g, Carbs - 30g, and Protein - 200g. That puts me around 3100 calories. My current workout days are Monday through Friday. I rotate chest and arms, back, legs, and then shoulders and arms.
Current supplements:
- OL Test1fy
- OL Elim1nate @2 caps
- Redcon1 MOAB
- Redcon1 HALO
- DAA
- Creatine
- L-Carnitine
Then of course some preworkout and protein. I've been running MOAB and HALO, so when I run out I'll probably switch over to OL Massacr3. I started my first dose today of Test1fy and Elim1nate. I will update daily (hopefully) with my workouts and weight.
