Putting OL Test1fy & El1minate to the test

Hey everyone,

This is going to be my log to see how much lean muscle mass I can put on over the next 8-12 weeks. I have been following a 5 day Keto diet Monday through Friday and then carbohydrates or typical bodybuilders diet Saturday and Sunday. Now my Keto macros are Fat - 250g, Carbs - 30g, and Protein - 200g. That puts me around 3100 calories. My current workout days are Monday through Friday. I rotate chest and arms, back, legs, and then shoulders and arms.

Current supplements:
- OL Test1fy
- OL Elim1nate @2 caps
- Redcon1 MOAB
- Redcon1 HALO
- DAA
- Creatine
- L-Carnitine

Then of course some preworkout and protein. I've been running MOAB and HALO, so when I run out I'll probably switch over to OL Massacr3. I started my first dose today of Test1fy and Elim1nate. I will update daily (hopefully) with my workouts and weight.

I would add inhibit P to that list. DAA makes mine, and many others prolactin shoot up.

I’ve ran testify multiple times and it has strong anti estrogen effects! You may not need the extra eliminate....I and many would say, drop the DAA and maybe add X-Gels....

Nice layout and plan, overall!

Agreed with the switch on DAA. Do you have an ara preference?

Both SNS and Molecular are top notch!
...It does carry some inflammation risk if you’re prone to it or have previous injury.

Yeah I've thought about taking ArA. I'm actually thinking of using the DAA only five days a week and I'm only running two caps of Elim1nate because of the anti-estrogen effects of Test1fy. Work laxogenin counteract ArA or how would I dose ArA around my pre? I've heard it and beta-alanine go against one another and maybe a few other popular preworkout ingredients. Thanks!

Elim1nate works really well for that drying recomp effect, I ran it on my last ph cycle and didn't experience any joint soreness many people claim to have.

Overall it's a decent compound and with test1fy you should see nice recomp effects.

I think I will see some nice solid "gains." I also fast 16:8 right now, so that helps keeping me leaner. I can't wait to see if I get the "Alpha" feeling most do from Anacyclus P. I know I did when I ran MAN Sports PR-XT.

Hey y'all, I also picked up some Assas1nate, but I'm not sure if I should honestly add it in just yet or not. I've also considered using it only on Saturday and Sunday when I take in my carbohydrates. Any thoughts on this?

Hell if y'all think I should throw anything else in there let me know! I just took my last dose of Laxogenin (RC1 HALO) today. I definitely like laxogenin products.

Weight update today! 180.8lbs this is the lightest I've been since my prep last year. I think I have more muscle mass or at least I just look bigger this time around. Show weight last year was 176lbs. Let's see if I can start bringing my lean muscle mass back up.

Thanks man! I always wondered if I overtrained though for not running anything all this time. I've always heard to keep it to less than 20 working sets for a particular muscle group. By the way, I have more days to post today is day 11 of current stack

Looks good! I've always liked keeping it around 8-10 reps and doing more sets like you have.

Sorry about being slack on this log. I will update after work. Current weight 185.8lbs and still leaning out throughout. My question for y'all is what are some natty products y'all would like to see ran with what I'm currently running? By the way, I am now out of HALO (Laxogenin) and MOAB. I was thinking maybe ArA and PA. Let me know.
