well... i throw ;) hence the username everything but javelin. freedom is only about ohhhhh 40min 35min from here so yeah thats pretty sweet!

Day 4

So I'm 4 days in now. I realized I haven't checked my weight since I first started so tomorrow morning I will do a weigh in.

Today was bench day and it was another great workout. I'm having a really hard time determining if it's the follidrex or if it's just my own excitement for this run, but I have just felt so amped, excited and motivated to lift these last 4 days.

Weighed in at 212lbs this morning. (+1)

That doesn't really mean much though. Its pretty common for my weight to fluctuate 1-2lbs each day. We'll see where it's at by the end of this run.

I woke up this morning at 3 and could not fall back asleep. Sucks. At least its an off day.
 
I can't wait to hit the weights again tomorrow! This weekend has been tough lol. I cant stop thinking about lifting!
 
Do you think the increase in energy you have described had anything to do with not being able to sleep the other night?

Well I tweaked my back up a little bit last night. Woke up this morning with it hurting quite a bit. Because of this I decided to take the day off of squats and did a lot of bodyweight and unilateral lower body stuff. It's been a while since I've done a workout like this, but by the end I felt like I had accomplished some things and felt good.

I didn't really keep track of reps, just pushed everything to just shy of failure.

RFE Split Squats
GHR
Lunges
Glute bridges
Bodyweight jump squats

As I mentioned, it's been a while since I've done something similar, so it's kinda hard to judge what role Follidrex really played, but I felt like I had pretty good endurance. Things were really burning by the end and I was soaked in sweat! Honestly, it was kind of fun doing something so different today. With that said I'll be glad to get back to squatting.

I am liking my run too...I was however treating this like a natty supp...not really expecting extreme effects. But it been solid on my side and loving it.

Oh dont get me wrong, I'm loving my run so far. I had followed some logs where guys were seeing some insane increases in endurance and I was kinda hoping to see some of that. In all fairness I might be able to see that if I were running this longer. 15 days is a snapshot of its potential.

Hey man try tasking it with grape fruit juice to help with the absorption.For the last 2 days I have took it with grape fruit juice and I swear today I could have done more accessory work but this can also be do to the fact that I am not using enough weight on my accessories.I will see next week when I do add the weight.

This is going great...but 15 days is too short for a good log. This follidrex probably gets sweeter after 2 weeks.

Epi is no joke. Real deal. 15days way to short. Should've bought a bottle to keep it going. Ima be running mine for 12 weeks :-)
 
although it was very generous for them to give you a free product, when it comes to reviewing its hard to get a good gauge of everything being you only used a product for 15 days... also considering it starts shining about week 3 allegedly.....:06:

Today is an off day from the gym. I decided not to do any cardio today either. Just relaxing and eating good food!
 
Day 14

Off day today. Tomorrow will be my last workout on Follidrex. I'm kinda bummed.
