Day 15 continued

I ended up getting an 9 hour full body workout today. I thought I was going to be helping my buddy with lawncare on weekdays for the next couple weeks, but I guess that will only be half of each week. I spent the day shoveling stone into a wheelbarrow and pushing it about 30 yards on an incline. This was repeated from 8-5 with one 20 minute break. I took my second dose of FS XR during my break and it helped me push through the rest of the day. By the time I finished up my arms/legs were shot and I had an intense sunburn (farmer's). I have no idea how many calories I burned, but I think its more than I expected. I managed eat 6300 cals before I had to call it quits. I didn't realize I'm running out of food and need to save some for breakfast. Tomorrow I'll be back in the gym and will be looking to up the cals. Muscle Marinade is gonna have to come up big for me these next couple weeks. I'm very curious to see any changes on the scale over the next few days because I really don't know what to expect.

Thanks man! It's not my metabolism rocking that's letting me eat so much...It's that my digestion sucks. I'd need to eat quite a bit more if I didn't take digestive enzymes with every meal.

Day 16

Didn't quite get 5 hours of sleep last night, but not all that tired. 2 FS XR have me up and going. I went with 6 caps of SLINshot before another tub of my high calorie (225g carb) proatmeal. It's seriously a ridiculous amonunt of food to eat all at once and I don't think I'd be moving right now without the help of SLINshot. I'll have to get a picture of it because looking at it is enough to make you sick. I'm not sure what exactly I'll be doing all day, but I'm sure plenty of calories will be burnt.

I remembered at the last minute to hold off on the D-pol with breakfast and will be taking it before tonights workout. This will be my first time lifting at night in over a year. I'm curious to see how it goes after working all day.

Got out of work and had my D-pol with two tabs of Orange Triad, vitamin D, and a couple cans of tuna. I just downed 1.5 scoops of MM and I'm off to the gym. I've never been there at this time and I'm hoping its not full of groups of kids dicking around.

I hear yah bro , I hate going to the gym at this time of the day...I rather train at sunrise or real late at night...less curlbros or kids curling in the squat rack! haha
 
I usually lift @ night. Less people. AM sucks on an empty.

Well that was a complete nightmare... I just left after getting half a workout done in a hour and 45 minutes.

I prefer lifting about an hour after my first meal too. Ends up being about an hour and a half after I wake up. When I lift after work I don't seem to have the same energy. Then again my work can be a drag so that may affect it. Then again I work thirds so it ends up meaning I work out at about 5 pm. I've gotten used to getting creative when the fuktards are taking up the machines

All of the above and then some. There was an enormous crowd of "wanksters" pretending to workout...and one of the hottest girls I've seen in a while though.

I'm gonna have to try another time tomorrow. I don't have many options though. My gym opens at 5 and I don't have time before my new 2 week day job. I'm also working from home on a project for my normal day job over the next 2 weeks. I might try getting some work done for a few hours after the new job and going to the gym around 9.

I usually try to hit the gym from 630-830pm here when possible because anything 3-6 is ridiculous.

Yeah I was there a little before 7. It wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't for about 20 kids that all seemed to know each other taking over everything. It'll probably be better tomorrow. I'm used to just me and a few of my geriatric buddies in the morning.

Yea, the one thing I did like about working 2nd shift was the gym is dead at like 10AM when I used to go, I could always get a good session in with no interruptions.
 
Day 16 continued

The gym didn't work out like I would have liked. It was overcrowded and after doing some ab work while waiting for an opportunity to do any kind of back work I decided to wait until Thursday for it. I fell back on my Tuesday,"plan b", bicep and ab workout. This seems to be happening a lot lately and I'm starting to like the back only routine on Thursday anyways.

Strength definitely took a hit from work today. I was surprised that I even maintained strength after the amount of heavy lifting my arms got throughout the day.

I took me way too long to get this workout in. I should have an easier time getting a solid shoulder workout done tomorrow based on the equipment I plan on using.

I didn't see any big strength increases, but after sleeping very little and tiring my arms extensively all day I'm happy with the performance. I feel that D-pol and Recycle are providing me with an edge and I could have very easily had a decrease with my lifts otherwise. I think over the next few days my body will adjust to my new temporary lifestyle and I'll be adding weight to my lifts at a similar or better pace than I was the last few workouts prior.

I'm also noticing a slight increase in libido which I'll take as another sign that the supps are working. I can easily pick up on this because my libido has been consistently low since I started getting sick last year. It's a very welcome change.

I managed to get 6500 calories today. Im still not sure exactly what I should be shooting for, but I'll be checking my weight daily to see if any adjustments need to be made.

I popped 2 FS XR as soon as I got up follwed by 5 SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast. It's been hard to finish the massive meals the last few mornings, but with the help of SS I'm not left feeling like I'm going to explode and unable to move. I'm not sure how I could keep up the high calorie/carb breakfasts without it...I'd probably get sick within 10 minutes of working.

These last few days Purus is basically what's keeping me moving. With the amount of sleep I've been getting FS XR is coming up big for my morning/ afternoon energy. SLINshot I just explained...Muscle Marinade brings me back from the dead/fires me up for the gym after a rough work day. D-pol/ Recycle have been giving me an edge in strength/ recovery and without it I have a feeling I would be having a tougher time trying to keep up with work/gym at my current pace. Organ Shield doesn't offer much visible evidence, but my body is being put through a lot currently and I'm sure it's thankful for the extra support OS provides. To sum it all up... I'm on "Purus life support".

It's absolutely pouring outside. Unfortunately my buddy is a savage and this will not stop us from working today. Hopefully we will wrap up a little early due to the extreme weather, but that's wishful thinking. My feet and hands would appreciate it because I have multiple blisters on the bottom of my toes and two fingers in my left hand have been numb for the last 12 hours. I'm hoping for a solid shoulder performance today and an easier work day should only help.

I just checked my weight and I'm currently 202lbs (+3lbs overall). I'll keep calories where they are and continue to monitor any changes. It's hard to tell what's really going on after only a few days of a big calorie increase. I could be holding some water because of the diet changes.

Well I got my wish of a short work day. It's too bad the reason I stopped wasn't due to the weather but was because I'm bleeding uncontrollably. I managed to step on two giant nails and have them go completely through the center of my foot. It hurts like a bitch and I'm taking myself to get a tetanus shot. Once that's taken care of I plan on hitting the gym... I don't need my foot to work shoulders.

I'm pretty pissed about it. Hopefully it doesn't get infected. I got the bleeding to slow down, but its swelling up like crazy.

Got a tetanus shot from the doc and that should be the end of it unless my foot gets infected.

I had my D-pol with a snack and some Orange Triad. I'm about to mix up some MM and take my afternoon FS XR before heading to the gym. Hopefully I can beat the majority of the afternoon crowd and get in a good shoulder workout without having to adjust my routine.

Despite the energy boost I got from MM and FS XR I was feeling pretty rundown on the way to the gym. I didn't sleep much last night and I spent the morning digging up trees and shrubs with a pickaxe. That's one hell of a workout and it took a lot out of me. I was honestly a little worried that I'd have to report back with a drop in performance. However, once I started lifting all worries went away as I soon realized how much my strength had gone up.

I got to the gym feeling like crap and left feeling amazing. Given the circumstances, I had one of the most satisfying workouts I can remember and I'm still riding the high.

I was already thinking that the stack had been benefiting me, but this afternoon really drove the point home. The overall progress made was better than I've seen in a while. Adding in everything that I had working against me I was actually shocked. With the way I'm feeling now I honestly can't wait to get back in the gym.

I'm still unsure if I'll be working in the morning. My foot is severely swollen and throbbing with pain. If I do end up having the morning free, I'll be excited to see how I can perform with a reasonable amount of rest.

Day 18

I had to take the day off from the extra job. I can barely walk so I would have been useless. I ended up getting about 9.5 hours of sleep last night which is close to the combined total of the 3 nights prior. I feel like I could have slept another 10 and I still feel worn out.

I weighed 200.2lbs (+1.2 overall) this morning. I'm glad to see that I haven't dropped a lot of weight while having to guess my calorie expenditure this week. I'm still looking fairly lean and possibly a little more than a couple weeks ago.

I had my FS XR and 4 caps of SLINshot before a 155g carb breakfast. I took all the other caps and tablets with my meal as well. I'm gonna scale the calories back to 4800-5000 for today with the day job off.

I just finished up a heaping scoop of MM and will be heading to the gym to work back. Hopefully my foot doesn't cause me to hold back with anything, particularly deads.

I ended up having another great performance. The strength difference is noticeable once I start warming up. These last couple workouts I've gone in feeling fatigued, not knowing what to expect, to feeling unstoppable after a couple reps. The progress has my mood elevated and it remains that way well after leaving the gym.

I was happy to see that yesterday's strength gains weren't a fluke. The stack combined with my diet and training has now surpassed my expectations. I'm highly considering ordering another round of a few of the supps and extending the log another month. I might actually grab some Recycle tonight.

I'm not sure whether the D-pol or Recycle is most responsible for my increased progress. Most likely its a decent combo of both. I have a history of high SHBG so I'm thinking that Recycle (specifically the 3,4 Divanil) could be helping my normally high percentage of bound testosterone finally free up a little and work in my favor.

I've been seeing a few pimples pop up on my shoulder and chest area the last few days. Sweating like crazy while working this week could have a part in this, but I don't get them too often.

I'll only be working from home tomorrow so I'll be able to get a good amount of sleep again. My body should be all charged up and back in top shape to hit the gym.
