Its helps get my shoulders tight and prepared for lift off and also helps get my back arched more although my arch sucks ass to begin with!

Yea just add Sriacha to taste. I give it a big long squirt for a few seconds into the crockpot. And then when I serve myself I put a little more on as well. If you didn't know I was talking about chili this would sound dirty.

Hi! No... no AI is required when I'm just running a preworkout and DAA.If I really wanted to take off some water weight/lean up slightly I'm sure it would be fine to toss Erase/Erase Pro into the mix but I wanted to run these two products straight just by themselves.

Is it not a good idea to run an AI when using DAA? Id be afraid of some of it converting. The area is a bit unclear, Some say you don't need it some say you do!

In my opinion (not based on fact!), I don't believe that DAA really bumps your testosterone so high that you'd need an AI due to the accompanying bump in estrogen to maintain homeostasis. Now if I was injecting test that would be another story... but for some simple OTC DAA its not really necessary.
I'm def paranoid about it! I'm running EP with DAA currently. This log inspired me to purchase some dpol and condense (the reps should thank you!) so I'll prob run some erase then too just to be sure.![]()
