Thanks little lady! It was definitely a mind blown experience. I was so energetic afterwards and my endorphins were sky high. Nothing was gonna bring me down after that! Been slaying PRs left and right thanks to Purus, an increased caloric intake, and hella motivation.

But DJ, why the huge jump in days?

Well I opened up my calendar and counted how many days I've been using DPOL. Today marks day 17, so halfway through. Decided to make the countdown up to date... so don't worry, you didn't miss anything!

And now for a special treat: This video is from nearly 2 years ago back when I first really started getting into doing YouTube videos (and was almost done with a cut as you'll see I was pretty tiny lol). As you can tell I was a rookie because I filmed it entirely vertical. JD gave me the idea to try a shake that Joe Rogan himself and created and made a video of that showed the ingredient list and what to do. JD dared me to try it... so this was that attempt. ENJOY!

What was wrong with the blender? Lol was it not clipped in properly? Mine won't switch on unless the pitcher has locked into position

I have no idea. My guess is that it was a safety mechanism built in so the motor wouldn't burn out. Apparently if it can blend after a prolonged period of time it'll just shut off. I had no idea because (as my annoying camera man said) I didn't read the manual. That blender was actually a wedding gift we had received early and I wasn't supposed to be using it lol.

I had filmed a portion of my breakfast including taking my DPOL but when the video was edited/rendered it got all ****ed up and looked all glitched out. I'll try it again later. Tons of volume today. Almost thought about added in some calf raises but I didn't want to be in the gym for 4 hours lol.
 
I have a feeling that I'll be approaching the end of this log soon. I'd like to make a portion of the final review in video format as a type of Q & A session based on the supplements, how I felt, etc. So please feel free to ask some questions so I can make a video with my responses.

Fairly easy. Depends on what's available to you in Canuckland.

1lb beef. 80/20 is good. Brown and simmer in Mexican chili powder.
3lbs Brooks Brothers Chili Beans
3 cans (tiny cans) chopped green chiles
3 8oz. cans Campbell's tomato juice
(This is where my wife stops allowing me to add ingredients lol)
Chopped onion. Heat it in the leftover burger grease. House will smell like White Castle lol.
1 can diced tomatoes
A **** ton of Sriacha sauce
Some garlic powder, crushed red peppers, and ground black pepper.

Throw in crock pot for a few hours. Eat with cheese and.oyster.crackers. enjoy.




Get diarrhea and farts a few hrs later.

Its helps get my shoulders tight and prepared for lift off and also helps get my back arched more although my arch sucks ass to begin with!

The part I found interesting is the tomato juice... but I am willing to try a new recipe for sure! And must admit I love Sriacha sauce.

Yea just add Sriacha to taste. I give it a big long squirt for a few seconds into the crockpot. And then when I serve myself I put a little more on as well. If you didn't know I was talking about chili this would sound dirty.

Are you running an AI on this?

Hi! No... no AI is required when I'm just running a preworkout and DAA. :) If I really wanted to take off some water weight/lean up slightly I'm sure it would be fine to toss Erase/Erase Pro into the mix but I wanted to run these two products straight just by themselves.

Is it not a good idea to run an AI when using DAA? Id be afraid of some of it converting. The area is a bit unclear, Some say you don't need it some say you do!

In my opinion (not based on fact!), I don't believe that DAA really bumps your testosterone so high that you'd need an AI due to the accompanying bump in estrogen to maintain homeostasis. Now if I was injecting test that would be another story... but for some simple OTC DAA its not really necessary.

I'm def paranoid about it! I'm running EP with DAA currently. This log inspired me to purchase some dpol and condense (the reps should thank you!) so I'll prob run some erase then too just to be sure. :)
