Back/cardio/abs. Went in feeling a bit sluggish but didn't let that stop me! Went over and immediately grabbed a db up from my previous PR on pull-ups and made 7 reps look easy! From that alpha moment on the weights were in trouble! Absolutely killed it and my back is feeling so good right now! Got some good cardio in and hit some ab work to cap.

So close to cycle form right now! Chest is getting jacked. Shoulders are growin and abs are starting to get cut up again.

If I eat something small right after the results are great. Took a full scoop today and felt as good and strong as any day on anabolics! Wish i had the same feeling every time I take it! Thanks bro! I was shocked to have both bench and shoulder db press break a PR back to back! Truly incredible feeling. When i threw the 80's up the first rep was a total b1tch! Adrenaline took me from there to 4 and almost wrecked on five but grunted and wheezed until those bitch ass dumbbells touched! True alpha moment..You have a killer shoulder press damn!!!!! Even got that bench up and climbing...awesome man exited for this cycle coming up too!!!
