3 Week Review

Okay guys I'm now officially through my third week on the Purus stack and I'm absolutely loving this run so far. Libido is through the roof and strength just keeps going up. Energy is great throughout the day and I couldn't be more pumped every day to get to the gym and crush some PR's! I have put together some notable lift increases in the following chart. The first number will be from the week prior to starting the purus stack, second set is from week 3 numbers.

Shoulder increases
Military press 160 for 6 / 165 for 5 +5lb
Shrug 235 for 10 / 255 for 8 +20lb

Chest increases
Bench press 210 for 6 / 225 for 6 +15lb
Pec machine 95 for 6 / 120 for 7 +35lb

Back
Wide pull ups BW+40 for 9 / BW+50 for 8 +10lb
Hammer grip pull down 110 for 9 / 120 for 8 +10lb

Arms
Dips BW+45 for 8 / BW+65 for 10 +20lb
Arm extension machine 110 for 9 / 145 for 9 +35lb

Recycle/D-pol review
This was pretty fun going through the numbers and seeing what has increased and by how much. I was shocked by some of the gains for sure! I left some of the numbers I wrote down out of this as they were pretty minimal and didn't really have much value in this grid. As you can see the test boost properties are definitely relevant from the Recycle and D-pol. My libido is rocking stronger then it has in over a year and I go in to the gym every day knowing I'm stronger then the week before. That cloud nine feeling you get when you have an amazing day in the gym, yea I've been getting that daily! I think the recycle's AI/anti-cortisol effects aren't as strong as the combo's test boosting results. However I have been staying pretty lean and dry so I will watch that a bit more closely this week.

This week I was able to really put this stuff to the test. I have a very low carb diet so it isn't often that this product gets to show it's true results. I have been using it before just about every meal and man is it helping. I figured I would have spilled over by now from this week but surprisingly the bloat is very minimal and it shouldn't be too hard to dry back up. Even when I'm low carbing I notice that this product has a pretty significant effect on vascularity which makes it really fun to dose with the pre-workout meal.

Fat Smack XR
Product is still going strong for me. Love the energy and starting to notice more appetite suppression then I had in the first few weeks of dosing. The burning sensation in the throat and stomach that I had pretty bad the first few weeks doesn't seem to be much of an issue now. I may just be getting used to it but in any case it is nice to not have to deal with. I have been noticing that I have a bit of a crash the last few days from this product but it does seem to happen more on days that I have a lot of stress anyway so it may not have anything to do with the FSXR. I do think my ability to stay so lean on the higher carb week had something to do with this product too. Great product.

I have a 13cc scoop that holds about 10g of hemo rage, MM serving is 20 grams so probably use two of my small scoops right?

Thanks brother from another mother! Both bench and pullups is what have me the most impressed so far. Feels damn good to break through a natty plateau like this mane! I'll do my best to keep rolling! Going to take more then a freight train to slow me down now boy!! ;-)

On another note feeling tight as all hell and holding yesterdays pump today, mood is better as well. My chest is incredibly sore from yesterday's workout and it kind of feels like an accomplishment! I do feel quite achy and joints are rough. I usually don't have that problem so it kind of threw me off. My fingers were achy to the point it was difficult to grip the steering wheel during the drive to work. In any case I upped water and fish oils intake and started taking potassium caps to combat it. Other then that had an amazing off day and can't wait to get home catch some z's and wreck an arm day tomorrow straight beast mode style!

Bringing two FS XR with me to work today. Going to be a long day... Working 8-6, (10 hours)... & ok top of that my ConDense and SLINshot will be @ UPS because I'll probably miss the delivery...

They used to, now here and there I have to eat a small spoon full of PB after taking them but not often.

greek yogurt, string cheese, two small cinnamon buns/rolls
2 cans tuna, hand full of burger king hashbrowns, oats and yogurt granola bar
turkey burger, low carb protein bar
1 scoops whey in water

~275 protein ~165 carbs

Good day overall, calories were up there and carbs stayed at bay even with my boss and coworkers feeding me junk! Hence the cinnamon rolls and hashbrowns.....

Day 23

Weight 168.5 (+1.5)

Bis/tris/cardio/abs. Pump today hurt like crazy, but it's that pain we all live for! My arm days have been so sick lately. Arms felt like they were going to burst again today. Strength stayed the same on some lifts but also saw good increases on others.

I didn't hit 170 lbs like I wanted to and can't understand why because I took in close to 750-1000 calories more then normal the last few days an even let my diet get a bit sloppy. I will say it is a 168 dry rather then the wet 167 on day one so some good recomp action is taking place. My goal I set 2 months ago was to increase strength before my fall/winter cycle and that's exactly what's going on so even if I only put a limited amount of weight on it will be a win.
