Even with a crazy work schedule I was able to increase the diet. Never even so much as got a break in 8 and a half hours due to the bullsh1t I put up with at work. I'm used to it though...
Yeah, work stress is like nothing else. There is always politics and you can never really tell who has your back. Hang in there man.
