Even with a crazy work schedule I was able to increase the diet. Never even so much as got a break in 8 and a half hours due to the bullsh1t I put up with at work. I'm used to it though...

Yeah, work stress is like nothing else. There is always politics and you can never really tell who has your back. Hang in there man.

Shoulders/cardio. Amazing workout today! Straight killed it once again! I couldn't dream up a better run I've had since my last cycle. I'm truly stoked and impressed with these products so far! Having a much better start to this day and it should continue to get better as I finally get a few days off!! Have to cut recycle back to 4 a day as nutra pushed back my order and I'm not sure when my extension order will arrive! :-(

Cardio will probably be cut back to keep from stalling growth.

Probably won't be another pic update until end of week 4 now that I'm doing this 2 months. I think my back and biceps look a bit better but didn't get as much change as I thought I did. Using next few days as carb up days and then will be back to the strict low carb diet.

Bro still looking great....your back looks ripped bro....going great...I see you still manged to keep same weight where I gained around 6lbs...gotta get back in track lol...good luck bro!!! :)

Legs/abs. I was running late and the gym was closing early so I did a quick leg workout. Kept the weight lighter then I have been and just tried to get a few extra sets on everything. Will not be posting diet today because on Fridays when I get the weekend off my day is extremely short. I got home from work and went to sleep about 11am, woke up at 5pm and will be back in bed by 12ish.

Felt a bit sluggish and energy was a bit down. We all have less then amazing days though. In any case my legs are rocked!

Getting that work in. I think these type of workout days to continue working the body helps as much as PR busting amazing days. Like you said, these days are definitely mentally tougher and could contribute to sluggishness. Way to get that work in. Pretty impressive weights on leg press.
 
3 slinshot downed right before chipotle! Damn it's hard to take in that many carbs at once after being used to low a low carb diet.. Luckily I had the help of a "REAL" GDA. ;-)

Woke up around 6:30AM and popped 2 slinshot before downing my first bowl of cereal in months! I blame the recoverbro thread, I have been craving cereal for a week now! Weight was down this morning which is surprising as I've had my carbs up the last few days and have been eating everything in sight! Dumb ass fedex has been holding my nutra order with recycle and fsxr at there local office for 12 hours and changed the damn drop off time to Monday so I will have to make these last few recycle and fsxr last through the weekend.

Had a bunch of food this morning prior to lifting so I decided to take MM with my fat smack and holy sh1t did the energy kick ass with no stomachs issues! Absolutely killed it today, I think I deserve a damn day off now so tomorrow will be complete R&R.

Will be eating like a pig the rest of the weekend and will see how I wake up Monday to decide how my diet will be altered. Right now I'm eating like crazy and leaning out so I don't know! Thought I would have been 170 today but hell if my strength keeps going up who the Fock cares!

Thanks guys! Using DBs instead of weights on the pull-ups is helping a lot! Not so awkward feeling! Focking killed it today for sure! Feels good after how yesterday went. I said put that sh1t behind you and wreck the weights today and what do you know!

4 was great for me too, but 8 was noticeably better. My appearance dried up even more and my strength gains accelerated. Combined with D-pol it was amazing.

Yup. It says you can "utilize a second serving daily for enhanced effect" right on the bottle...that's what I did and experienced. 4 with breakfast and 4 with dinner is how I dosed it.
