My first night of MK677 from PureRawz.

I dosed about 25mg an hour before bed.

My dinner probably messed up my GH release through the night though. Half a large Papa John's pepperoni pizza, with a third of the cinnamon desert they have. So a ton of carbs. I did not get carpal tunnel or tingling extremities last night. However, I did wake up feeling like I had put on some new water weight, and my appetite all day has been improved compared to days prior. I think I will run 4 on and 2 off, to see about keeping the pro hunger side effect top notch.

First photo is 14 days ago when I started LGD, and before beginning MK677. Second photo is from today, and 3 doses of MK677 down.

I have a good appetite this morning, despite taking Juice Daddy and 300mg AMP pre workout. Also had minor tingling fingers upon waking. As you can see from scans, MK did cause an increase in water weight, which is beneficial in my opinion, and reveals efficacy of product.

I feel pumped (and solid) up throughout the day. Even more so than the 20mg of LGD I am on, and was on prior to starting PureRawz MK677.

Pumps in the gym are improved over what they were on just LGD.

My appetite is for certain better than what it normally is when not on MK677.

The last couple mornings, upon waking, I did have slight tingling in my fingers (the feeling of them being asleep).

Happy to hear this. Mine should be arriving soon, I hope. Do you feel that 25mg is a good dose? Also, are you able to measure doses with the dropper or are you using an oral syringe?

Does the USPS have the product now? To me 25 to 30mg is a great dose. No lethargy. Don't feel or look bloated. That dose is where the hunger benefits shine. No issue with prolactin or insulin sensitivity issues, especially since I take P5P and Berberine. You need a measured oral syringe. There are no measurements on the dropper.

I notice the same thing. First 4-5 days hunger is great. It goes back to normal after that. Sleep is still great throughout.

If I could quantify how controlled blood sugar, and healthy FELT like, I would say dosing 500mg before each meal, which is my protocol, makes me actually FEEL healthy. Makes sense when berberine actually rivals metformin in blood sugar control.

That’s why I’m eyeing it sir. I’ve read the studies where it rivals metformin, but without the potential to accelerate brain conditions like Alzheimer’s and dementias.

Man, you’ve got a very classic looking physique! Have you ever thought of competing? You’d do great!

I have thought about doing it, for fun though, as opposed to actually being competitive. To get to my weight now was difficult in and of itself. With my genetics, I don't think I am winner material, and that's okay to me. I love lifting, I love making progress, and if I did a competition, that would be the icing on the cake. If I could get to around between 190 and 200, I see that as the weight area I would feel comfortable going into a competition at. But thanks, so maybe a couple years down the road.

Thanks! My goal is to increase lean mass even further than DMZ, and have a new baseline body weight, and lean body mass weight. So far I actually like 20mg of LGD than DMZ. If anyone plans on running a cycle, highly recommend giving 20mg LGD a try.

Thanks! This one was so unpredictable. Didn't even have a stall. Got over 200 internal temp in about 6 hours. Think next time I'm going to try Prime meat.
