doesn't need to be loaded, in fact you don't want to take in too many nitrates as it's a powerful vassodialator and you don't want to risk dropping your blood pressure too low.

1-3grams pre-workout and you will be pumped like crazy with your veins popping out of your arms. Very effective form of creatine.
