Ya, I consider you lucky! The pain from the pump is excruciating.

Incline Barbell Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x10 / 285x5 / 305x5 / 325x5

Dumbbell Flyes sup/ Machine Pullovers (Set 1) 40x12 & Stack for 12 (Set 2) 60x10 & stack for 12 (Set 3) 80x8 & stack for 10

Cable Upright Rows 120x15 / 150x15 / 180x12

Front Dumbbell Raises 30x10 / 35x8 / 40x6

Reverse Grip One Arm Cable Pressdowns 30x15 / 35x15 / 40x12

Notes:
- Great workout, went hard but didn't destroy myself for football tomorrow
- stabilizers weren't great on incline due to not doing free weight pressing for over 12 weeks
- power was awesome and my pump was absolutely amazing

Hey, sorry i haven't updated in a bit but i've been dealing with a shoulder injury that occured playing football. I have shoulder inpingement and will be doing a slight rehab for it for the next few weeks. I will have my final review up in the next day or so.

What types of rehab exercises are you doing for this? I have been dealing with the exact same thing. I didn't get it diagnosed by a trained professional but a friend of mine had the same issue so I deduced from that.
Any help or hints on rehab stuff would be greatly appreciated.

Just your basic rotator exercises and constant heat and ice. It's one of those waiting game injuries. Hope you can get better soon!

You are right. The waiting game part is the worst. It gets a bit better once warmed up but in the AM after sleeping on that side is tough.
I'll keep doing those silly rotator exercises with the 5lb plate, looking like an idiot. But it seems to help.

Ya, it's definitely fustrating but if it means being able to lift heavy again i'm all for it.

So my run of microdrol has come to an end and i'm very pleased with my results on this compound.

Final Review:

Weight Gain: I started my run at 237lbs and finished at 248. I definitely noticed a decrease in bodyfat during and i wish i had taken pictures so that i could better show the results. I plan on borrowing my fathers camera for my next log so i can be a little more detailed and show the results better

Strength: My strength gains were pronounced and somewhat similar to the gains i experienced while taking M1T. I saw drastic increases on the front Squats, flat bench, and T-bar Rows.

Stamina: Definitely could knock out more reps and wanted workouts to last forever.

Pumps: Back pumps were very pronounced even while dosing taurine at a high dose. On certain exercises the pump was almost painful, I.E. Reverse Grip Cable curls and high rep front squats.

Mood / Sex Drive: Felt like an alpha male for the entire cycle but at times i found myself having to bite my tongue due to pointless anger. But the vast majority of the time i felt content and very relaxed. My sex drive was through the roof on this entire cycle which actually surprised me due to other reviews of superdrol. Thank god for my wife or i'd be wanting to hump everything in sight if i was single.

Side Effects: I didn't notice any lethargy as some people have. The only side effect i noticed was how bad my joints dried out on this compound. Even with my EFA's and glucosamine and chondroiton, i still had aching knees like no other. I will be continuing to update on here to let you know how pct is going and how much weight is maintained.

Taste: It tastes like crap but who cares, it works!

Overall: This was an absolutely amazing compound for the strength gains and body composition change alone. I feel this product can be used effectively as a stand alone or used effectively with another compound. I'm definitely glad i came out of hormone retirement to give this product a try. So if you can get your hands on this product, please give it a try and i guarantee you will be happy with the results. Again, i'm sorry i don't have pics but i hope the videos show how much i improved in the last four weeks.

Punthra, how long did your bottle last for?
 
The bottle last me thirty days. Just wanted to do a quick update. My shoulder is back to normal and i'm heading back to the gym today. I'll be training with just straight sets this week and then head to a DC blast starting next week. PCT is going great, my boys are large and in charge and my libido hasn't really dropped at all. Anyways i'll be updating on my old log from here on out so thanks for following.....

You mean the 1-andro UTT? It's a completely different hormone with the same delivery system.

1AD converts to 1-testosterone
"Microdrol" is UTT Superdrol which is methasteron.
 
So is one better than the other? If so, which one? I guess that might be subjective to the user, but I hope there might be something scientific that might catapult one over the other.

1-AD is a much milder, non methylated pro-hormone that converts to 1-androstendione and 1-androstendiol, which both convert to the steroid 1-testoststerone. It should give you moderate strength and size gains and should be run for 4-6 weeks. It kicks in slower so many users decide on a 6 week cycle. It is very mild, I just finished a cycle of it myself. Good gains though, no really noticeable sides for me.

Microdrol is a methylated steroid. It is low dosed, but is very strong, will bring on quick mass and strength gains. The shutdown will be worse, and this product should be run from 3 to no more than 4 weeks. Sides from this hormone are wide in range, but progestin gyno, back pumps, libdio loss are a few. Microdrol howwever is such a low dose that the sides may not be nearly as pronounced as they are in oral tablet form, as Microdrol doses are 5mg, and most oral tablet cycles range from 10-30mg daily. The idea of low dose methasteron is definitely a good one, I ran Mdrol at 20mg a day and didn't enjoy the cycle much as the sides were bad enough to make me want to stop by 3 weeks. I will probably never take it again.

If you are new to hormones, I would suggest 1-AD. If you are game for the superdrol... well, do your research and take the microdrol.
 
Good post GM, thanks for addressing my questions. I have ran 1-Andro UTT, and Epi, and they both gave good gains. Epi gave me bad back pumps even though I was popping a lot of taurine, and it shut me down bad as well. 1-Andro UTT did not shut me down, and I was able to use an OTC for PCT. I wished the bottle lasted longer. I doubt I might cycle again though, kind of tired of constantly fighting the libido issue, and I think my girl is as well, lol. I will say though, out of all the ph I have tried, omnevol gave me the most gains, but I won't run a tri methyl again.
