Well this thread is taking a break for awhile now that i'm firing up my microdrol log. Just couldn't wait any longer as my microdrol has been calling me for weeks.....

I forgot to mention in the other log that my joints seem to be tons better now that i'm off microdrol. Met, are you planning on running anything with your microdrol? I think a wet compound would work awesome with it!

Only thing I was considering was a 1 wker of The One right after to solidify gains. What did you have in mind?
 
I actually kind of thought running a 4AD with it would give you awesome results. A nice combination of wet and dry gains. Might spare the joints a bit.

Just a thought....Both SWG and I experienced extremely dry joints.
 
werd..I figured that would happen. I've got fishies and cissus on hand. But I will def be considering your idea man. I already want to run 4ad in the future. May as well go big now! lol...only other thing is I liked the idea of Micro for the low dose so I could keep my cool and not get to angry and prevent harsh shutdown. Not sure how Micro+4ad would affect all of that. hmmmm :think:
 
well 4AD would help your soldier stand at attention, however shutdown idk.... M14ADD would be sweet.

Well I went into the gym today to train back and biceps....Hypertrophy style as i'm returning to DC in a couple weeks.


Back / Biceps

Pro Grip Pulldowns 200x10 / 250x8 / 300x6

One Arm T-Bar Rows (Weight Doesn't include Bar) 60x10 / 85x10 / 110x8 / 135x6

High Hammer Strength Rows sup/ Weighted Hyperextensions (Set 1) 180x12 & 25x10
(Set 2) 270x10 & 35x10 (Set 3) 360x8 & 45x10

Hammer Curls 40x10 / 50x8 / 60x6

High Double Bicep Cable Curls 35x10 / 40x10 / 45x10

Notes:
- Wasn't that strong on biceps due to being tired
- felt great to be in the gym today
- shoulder is still sore in certain positions but i worked through it
- weight is sitting at 247 with a week off from training! This really impresses me!
 
Well I gave myself a true test of my shoulder today.....


Chest / Traps

Incline Barbell Presses 135x12 / 185x10 / 235x10 / 285x8

Flat Iso Hammer Strength Presses 180x10 / 270x8 / 320x8

Cable Crossovers Sup/ Pullover Machine (Set 1) 50x10 & stack for 10 (Set 2) 60x10 & stack for 10 (Set 3) 70x10 & stack for 10

Barbell Shrugs 135x15 / 225x12 / 315x10

Notes:
- shoulder had a deep ache but as i pushed on it started to feel better
- strength was fine but i backed off due to coming off a rotator injury
- shoulder still feels jarred in some positions but great in others (god i hate injuries)
- amazing pump today and overall great workout
- nice to train traps for the first time in awhile

Thanks man! It was a good workout considering i was semi-afraid to press because of the whole rotator issue.

Hopefully I'll return to DC in a couple weeks....I want the shoulder completely back to normal befor i start a blast again.
 
I'm taking taking today a rest day....truly can't wait for GHenerate to show up so that i can hopefully get my sleep schedule back to normal.

nope, it usually takes a little longer because of the stupid border....My microdrol took a little longer to show up as well.

What can you do though? The extra time gives me longer for my shoulder to get back to normal. It's pretty achey this morning but it's definitely getting better.

Notes:
- Rotators were tender throughout my entire workout (what a piss off)
- backed off on weight due to discomfort, but i new i would have to back of for a few weeks
- weight is still holding at 247

- going to be doing high rep leg training for a bit due to some tendonitus flairing up in my knees
- centuries absolutely trashed my legs

Nope, not yet but it has to cross the border so it's usually a week and a half to two weeks.

Ya, the legs feel like rubber, my face is bright red, and i'm usually muttering obscenities to myself. The goal this week is 450x50. Time for some high reps and little less stress on the joints.

- absolutely awesome workout (strength and stamina were unreal today)
- really want the gym to get heavier dumbbells so i can smash on those as well....

Can't emphasize enough how thankful i am for the reps at LG Sciences choosing me for a bunch of their products....Don't worry i promise to give you a thorough log and continual updates to show how well your products work. I'm going in to train chest / Biceps today. To give my rotator a little rest from the heavy weight i'm going to be doing my work out in giant set fashion. I'll be back later to report on how it went.

Notes:
-absolutely amazing workout for lighter weight used
- chest is trashed today
- rotators are definitely feeling better today than they were after last chest day (Bonus)
- pumps were amazing yesterday!
- a friend of mine gave me a few sampler packs of Sizeon and i actually really enjoyed it yesterday as it seemed to give me a bit more stamina.
 
Sorry i haven't updated lately but i'm waiting for my supps from LG and i've been busy trying to get my personal training business up and moving. Training is going good other than a knee issue from weighted stepups. Shoulder is almost back to normal.....130lb dumbbells on the incline for nice easy reps was the true test the other day and it felt great. Will start logging again next week.

I'm just happy the shoulder is feeling good. Wait till i add some ghenerate, bcaa's, and maybe some anadraulic state.
