Well, all my other supps have shown up so i'll now be adding stoked and maniac into the mix to try and really crank things up. Also my weight is now down to 236 and man can you notice the difference in my physique. I've gotten quite a few compliments and i've actually been told i look bigger right now.

Well, i've been away for a few days out at our cabin and it was exactly what the doctor ordered....Rest and relaxation! Joints feel better and i ate like a king while i was out there. Plus i got to get some fishing in with my inlaws.

One Leg Curls 70x10 / 90x8 / 110x6 / 50x12
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x10 / 285x8
Front Squats sup/ Leg Presses (Set 1) 135x10 & 360x10 (Set 2) 185x8 & 450x10

- get ready to see some crazy numbers to show up as i plan to absolutely smash the weights as this is the last week before my 30th birthday!

Standing Rope Rows 135x12 / 165x12 / 195x10 (Man, do these ever give an intense contraction in your lats)

- awesome workout!!!!
- wante to go heavier but i couldn't figure out a way to add more weight to the stack without banging in to anything...I figure my one rep max is around 350 or so
- love having maniac in my arsenal as the pumps are that much more intense and my stamina is definitely ramped up by it
- current stack right now is Swole stack, HGHpro, and Maniac
- as stated before i will be trying to smash my numbers this week

Haven't really given motivate a real run other than the sampler packs. You'll have to let me know how it goes.
Motivate is best used here and there as needed. I won't use it for every workout. My Sunday morning workout for sure, and then only when I feel I need a boost. Extensive use of stims takes one hek of a toll... Motivate is fairly mild concentrating more on focus at low doses.

Well, I went PR hunting today for chest and it definitely went the way i wanted it. I'll post my workout when i get off work. Put it this way, if i could do a back flip i'd be doing one right now.

I never got even close to 400 on the bench looks like I never will... I knew you were talking big barrier breakage when you were describing how you felt. Twice though... sounds like there is more increases coming...

I personally wont be trying 405 for awhile. Last time I hit it I didnt give my shoulder and elbows enough time to rest and was out of commission for awhile. Im slowly going to work up to 405 to give everything a chance to strengthen evenly and then once im using it for workouts ill max out to see where im at. Ive hit 405 three separate times and each time i injured myself the following chest day or within a week or two. Getting there is no problem....its making sure I dont injure myself while im there.
I give you mad props for breaking the barrier I have yet to break!! MAJOR PROPS!!!
