- stamina and pumps have been crazy in the gym
- loving agmatine added to Anadraulic State, so i can only imagine how much i'll love Epic
- strength is definitely coming back on almost all my lifts, no if i can just get this knot out of the right side of my back i'll be rolling
- the sleep combo of G8 and Ghenerate has me sleeping like a rock and recovering very well
- will update todays chest and shoulder workout later today

Notes:
- recovery is amazing right now! Have to remind myself to slow down and breathe sometimes!
- pumps have been great so far, but I might try some Condense to ramp it up a bit more....ooooooh Condense, anadrAulic state, and some Agmatine for the win!
 
I dare say that sleep is a factor with the recovery probably the most significant one.
