DAY 9 LEGS AND ABS

Sorry guys didn't had chance to update yesterday.,.did legs and abs and yesterday workout was my best workout since I started this log...can't believe the energy I got in gym...I won appnut uncut 25ct bottle on Facebook and took 2caps 20mins prior workout and BAM!! This stuff is amazing!! You guys should give it a try you won't regret it...what a energy and focus from it...loved it....I'm really excited to try again tonite and do shoulders...everything going up strength, stamina and energy lvls...diet been clean trying to avoid junk but sometimes I feel like eating some pizza...I'm missing pizza :( maybe ill eat once I get to my goal lol that's too far away tho lol...drinking lots of water and pumped for tonite to do shoulders...will keep you update guys :) here's my workout update...

SSA bro, joining in. I was back home for a couple of months as well, along with a month in Shanghai for work (new office, hiring, infrastructure).

Made me put on weight like crazy, no drinking but did put on a good 20lbs.

Guys today's gym was great!! I really loved working out tonite...my strength went up dramatically....can't believe I'm already pushing what I use to few months back and it's only my 2nd week...really happy to see the progress...today's diet was great...keeping it really tight lol...had lots of water to drink...already getting comments at work and gym...few guys are surprised to see me coz 1st week I was really out if shape and they saw me today they were surprised...they saying I'm looking skinny and big already lol that made me feel really great and made me push even more...everything going great tomorrow suppose to be my rest day but I'll try to hit gym and atleast do cardio and abs...here's my workout summary :)

Thanks brother!! This stack is amazing!! Looking lean a bit...veins popping out already from arms and working out after 3months and just on day10 I got my strength back already...the first day I couldn't even bench press 1plate...and now I'm doing shoulder press 135lbs x 12...amazing huh!! Still long way to go and I'm expecting more strength and leaning out...plus I'm working really hard as well...keeping diet in control and doing an hour cardio 6days a week
 
DAY 11 REST

DAY 12 ARMS

Ok guys did arms yesterday and was a great workout...after a day rest from gym and I felt like animal yesterday...everyone was at gym was staring at my arms...the pumps were incredible and they were looking huge...starting to get bit of acne and getting little desperate and but angry at work...oh well lets see what happens next coz I'll be upping my dose this Sunday...diet been good nothing junk...drinking lots of water...stamina and strength going up...veins started to pop even I'm not working out...looking lean from my belly area too...tonite is back workout and will keep you guys updated....things getting better and better...here's my workout summary :)

Lol nice...in India my house is 100km away from Jammu...but I have few relatives in Jammu but I'm from Punjab...I just got back from India like a month ago...and yes food is the best...there's nothing more tastier then dal makhani or shahi panner or anything...I just love Indian food...and yea Indian chicks are hot lol
 
DAY 13 BACK

Ok guys had a great back workout yesterday...was feeling the energy and strength thur the workout...didn't wanted to leave gym it was just feeling so great working out...after 11hrs and work I workout for 2 and half hrs and I just wanna keep going all time lol but thought my body need some rest too or it won't grow...my eyes were heavy and came home passed out lol...today I will take a day off from gym give my body a good rest and sleep so I can kill my chest tomorrow lol...diet was great all day had lots of water to drink...and today is my last day of 2nd week...tomorrow I'm bumping hella to 125mg...when I started this cycle I was 198lbs and yesterday I was 202lbs...so I'm up 4lbs but guys I'm looking way leaner then before...I'm very happy with my results....from this day I'm really looking forward coz I kno hella will really kick in and it will be really fun...stay with me guys things starting to get real lol...here's my workout summary....

OK guys did chest yesterday and it was alright workout...my strength in bench didn't went up much like my other workouts...wasn't happy at all and was feeling really lethargic as well but still managed to went gym and workout hard as I can...working lots of hours at work my job takes most of my energy and haven't got a good sleep in a while...it's been a month I had a day off :( oh well making money tho lol...diet been okay as well...getting little bit more hungry then usual...well everything going good so far...here's my workout summary...

Today was the worst day of my workout...for some reason my feet were hurting bad...I think I hurt em by doing HIIT cardio...it's in pain but I still managed to do cardio but my workout sucked ass...I was in pain and didn't felt like doing anything...just wanted to go home and rest my body...but still managed to get few workouts done...it's not much but it's better then nothing...was feeling tried today as well but atleast I did cardio and few sets I'm happy...tomorrow is shoulders will see how it will turn out...here's my workout summary...

Sorry guys for lack of updates it's just I'm really busy with work...no days off yet...it's been over a month I'm working non stop....but still going to gym and working out hard...just didn't had chance to update coz after work and gym I go home and straight to bed...not even getting even sleep but trying to give my best in gym...well few days ago I hurt my ankle from HIIT cardio and it's still hurting a bit so I'm not doing any treadmill at all...just doing one hour stair master instead...and 2days ago I got cold and fever still feeling little sick and weak but tonite I'll be doing cardio and try to sweat off this stupid fever and will do chest tonite as well....diet been mostly clean and I'm looking leaner then before still half way more to go so really looking forward to it...and also I bump my katanadrol v2 to 250mg lets see what it can do...will keep you update as much as I can :)
