DAY 10 SHOULDERS
Guys today's gym was great!! I really loved working out tonite...my strength went up dramatically....can't believe I'm already pushing what I use to few months back and it's only my 2nd week...really happy to see the progress...today's diet was great...keeping it really tight lol...had lots of water to drink...already getting comments at work and gym...few guys are surprised to see me coz 1st week I was really out if shape and they saw me today they were surprised...they saying I'm looking skinny and big already lol that made me feel really great and made me push even more...everything going great tomorrow suppose to be my rest day but I'll try to hit gym and atleast do cardio and abs...here's my workout summary
