Thanks for the kind words brother....really appreciate it!!! I really love working out and I did my best in these weeks to get to my goals...even when I was injured I went to gym...there was nothing stopping me lol...i could do even better if I had another month to log c20 and erase....but oh well now I'm logging purus labs and it's time to get ripped!!! ;)
 
Saving this log I plan on maybe going copy cat on ur routine since its obviously worked great for you. Good job bro you really kicked it in high gear

Yep I'm always online and watching u guys...and I'm so proud...everyone doing so good....well me I lost track coz lost my job and went to school and got my class A license and mostly I'm on road trying to learn experience....coz of that I can't even hit gym and gained bit of weight...I kno whenever I go back to gym I can lose whatever weight I have...but it looks like its gonna take sometime...but I promise I'll be back and seriously I'm watching everyone :)

Well you do what ya gotta do PJ man and you take care of yourself! We all know that once you get back into the gym things will click for you just like they always have... like riding a bike ;)! Thanks bro...and I kno you guys all around to share my feeling coz we family...I'm sorry coz I missed lot of time and didn't told u I was leaving... But thing happen suddenly and I didn't have choice....Oh well bro...I'm around and keeping track :)

You still haven't visited like you said you would brother, and a text from time to time to know you are alive and well would be nice ¬¬' I miss yah like hell brother, AM is just not the same without you...Come back when you can and you have a bit of time off from crossing state lines in that truck of yours. You got family here bro, and we all love yah and miss yah like hell.
