Hmmm. I never did the rubdown. The guy in the video couldn't reach very far behind his head with all that mass lol. I suppose that's a good thing for a lot of people round here. Good vid tho.

so whats the difference between pump spray and Ur spray? didnt PA make both? they look pretty much the same with pump spray having more goodies in it

spray on and rub in. i am spraying on in the morining and then rubbing in with moisturizer. at night i dont use the moisturizer
