It's been 15 days since I took my last dose so I figured I'd share my experience with it.
In January, I started a new "effort" to drop 20lbs of fat in 20 months. The idea is drop 2lbs every other month and hence never feel deprived more than 4 weeks at a time though on Saturdays, my carb intake is measured in pounds. I want to end up lean and keep all my strength. I won't know if my plan will work until labor day 2018 but alas.
I started taking Pump Dirt as per the label, a gram before the gym, 4 times per week for me. As always, I add 25mg ephedrine and 50-80 grams of carbs. Sometimes I add hydromax powder, sometimes caffeine, but no ephedrine on off days. I did the suggested dosing for 7 gym sessions and then started taking it daily until I ran out. When I pay for something, I get to run it exactly how I want
As I shared in my original post, the pumps were initially weak, then great, and happened doing normal things daily. Then they became good on average and stayed that way till the end. Once I ran out I realized how good I was having it. Overall, as a pump product, I'd rate it above good, maybe very good.
Now comes the best part. Pump Dirt was stellar as an appetite eradicator and fat loss contributor. It seemed to balance out my blood sugar/insulin sensitivity to the point it rewired my thinking about food and the process of obtaining it. About 3 weeks in, there were no cravings, no blood sugar crashes, and no checking out the highly-processed sections in food stores. Even if I picked something from the shelf and checked the label and thought how I could "fit it in" I quickly lost interest and put it right back. In the past, there was lots of "emotion" put in such decisions and the volatility of both those was significant. Not anymore.
As one would expect from something targeting insulin sensitivity/mimicking, I lost significant amount of fat in the midsection. Going from high to mid teens in bf percentage, I already got veins peeking in both lower and upper abs. I also seemed to keep losing fat as I was increasing calories after the 4-week deficit period back to maintenance over the course of 3 weeks.
This was the easiest time I have had losing fat and sticking to a plan and I intend to run Pump Dirt again once I am legit lean to see how I respond then. This is some exceptionally strong formula :beerchug:
