PUMP DIRT -- DIRTIEST PUMPS AROUND NOW AVAILABLE AND GIVEAWAY

It's not that bad, but def not enjoyable in any way ha. Tastes like it says, dirt.

I fear for the next iteration called "pump shiit" that has berberine in it and tastes like... you know, shiit.
Oh, it's dirt lol. It has a similar taste to the old p-slin. Which was banaba, old usp Labs product.

I ate a lot of Dirt as a child!!

Trying it tonight with 30gr wms/whey iso pre and my usual 25gr HBCD intra. Training quads

I stopped using it pre and started using it daily between meals. I get serious pump on my first warmup set now that I have taken a dozen servings total. My point is that acute dosing works ok but only ok. But now pumps and fat loss are great. I seem to respond very well to it.

This is the way to go.

Muscle glycogen pumps and Nitric Oxide (acute) pumps are so different.

Think of when you carb deplete, and then carb up. When your muscles are fully saturated with glycogen, pumps and muscle fullness and even vascularity are at their peak. But it takes a few days to fully replenish muscle glycogen (not the 50g post workout window lie we were told years back).

Many users do notice an immediate effect their first time using Pump Dirt prior to approximately 100g carbs pre workout. However, the more frequently this is done on a consistent basis, the more loaded your muscles will become with glycogen, hence better pumps, fullness and vascularity, and less bloat/fat gain.

Also, I would not take this with less than 60g carbohydrates. And depending how insulin sensitive you may be, you may need over 100g of carbs.

This does contain a small amount of Gymnema, which actually blocks glucose absorption in the intestine. Which is why most users will need enough carbs to surpass this specific effect of Gymnema.

I promise, no Pump Shiit in the works, lol. And yes Berberine is in fact intolerable to "parachute".

The idea behind the parachuting of Pump Dirt...

-It allows the ultra-high 35mg Corosolic Acid dose to get into the bloodstream quicker. That way, unlike most GDA's/Insulin Mimickers, you don't need to wait too long and worry so much about timing before your meal.

-Cost. We all know there is a cost behind encapsulating, not much but its there. Compounded with the cost of the SLIN10 extract we use for the 35mg Corosolic Acid (which is the most of any product on the market), instead we were able to keep it simple and make it a full 45 servings instead of 30, without an increase in price.

-Our website lists this at $49.99, yes way too expensive. We do this to protect our retailers. But we do have a 40% off coupon code across the board for all AM members "INNOVA40", to knock down the price substantially.

What is your take on using Pump Dirt prior to a cheat meal?
If the meal happens to be in the post-workout period it would be best to skip the Pump dirt because insulin in high post-workout and it would not really have much merit?

Yes Pump Dirt can be used up to twice a day.

Again, think of it as you are re-loading carbs. The carbs you eat throughout the day are used for muscle glycogen, not just the carbs you ingest pre-workout.

PUMP DIRT makes sure the carbs you eat, anytime of day, are being shuttle to muscle and away from fat.

I don't believe in using PUMP DIRT post workout. I think it's a waste.

Ca2+ contraction is the most potent way to induce GLUT-4 in skeletal muscle tissue. And our goal is to make sure Insulin, which which shuttles carbohydrates to both muscle and adipose tissue, is driving glucose to muscle.

For this reason I do think it's best to have your largest carbohydrate meal or even cheat meal, post-workout. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not a believe in the "window of opportunity" where you need to load 50g dextrose immediately after training to fully replenish glycogen. Because you do not fully deplete glycogen with one workout, and you cannot fully replenish glycogen with one meal.

But because ca2+ contraction already stimulates GLUT-4 in skeletal muscle, and this is also what PUMP DIRT does, there is no need to double down and waste your PUMP DIRT post workout.

Use PUMP DIRT to increase skeletal muscle GLUT-4 expression at times you need to, like pre-workout, before bed, or any other time of day you will be eating a larger carb meal with the goal of replenishing Muscle Glycogen stores.

PUMP DIRT is great prior to a cheat meal. The Gymnemna will block some of the glucose absorption into the blood, the combination of Gymnema and Banaba leaf (which also contains Tannins, which prevent glucose from converting to adipose tissue), and the SLIN10 (corosolic acid) will help shuttle the glucose directly to muscle.

Many GDA's contain a handful or more ingredients that all do something to keep blood sugar low and dispose glucose. But so many times the ingredients are each underdosed and just thrown together. So how do you know which ingredient is doing what?

PUMP DIRT is a true Glucose UTILIZATION Agent.

Yup
I usually take my cheats PWO for that purpose of shuttling in the most necessary time. If i were to say have a ton of junk food or ice cream prior to bed and not post-workout I am downing pump dirt 15 minutes prior to that meal.
Great minds think alike
thank you sir.

This is exactly what I did yesterday. Going to continue this pattern for a bit.

My train of thought.

If I am going to eat a bunch of junk, or hit a huge caloric meal that is 100% untrackable (a cheat meal, Chinese takeout, a meal out at a diner that has no nutritional value, or a meal that I simply know I wont track and just YOLO) its best to just save it for the most opportune time being post-workout.

I have the opposite mind set, if I'm going to eat a sh!t meal I try and do it before I workout to mitigate and oxidize and possible fat storage then right back to my meal plan. I'm going to IHOP now and will train about an hour later once my food settles and then get back on my grind

If i take a pre-workout meal i give myself 90-120 minutes prior to training. I can't digest food as fast as some people.
I know some people who can eat 1,000 calories and train 15 minutes later. I would feel sick as hell. The human body is truly amazing!

This would be perfect for me, I love IHOP !!

It's been 15 days since I took my last dose so I figured I'd share my experience with it.

In January, I started a new "effort" to drop 20lbs of fat in 20 months. The idea is drop 2lbs every other month and hence never feel deprived more than 4 weeks at a time though on Saturdays, my carb intake is measured in pounds. I want to end up lean and keep all my strength. I won't know if my plan will work until labor day 2018 but alas.

I started taking Pump Dirt as per the label, a gram before the gym, 4 times per week for me. As always, I add 25mg ephedrine and 50-80 grams of carbs. Sometimes I add hydromax powder, sometimes caffeine, but no ephedrine on off days. I did the suggested dosing for 7 gym sessions and then started taking it daily until I ran out. When I pay for something, I get to run it exactly how I want :)

As I shared in my original post, the pumps were initially weak, then great, and happened doing normal things daily. Then they became good on average and stayed that way till the end. Once I ran out I realized how good I was having it. Overall, as a pump product, I'd rate it above good, maybe very good.

Now comes the best part. Pump Dirt was stellar as an appetite eradicator and fat loss contributor. It seemed to balance out my blood sugar/insulin sensitivity to the point it rewired my thinking about food and the process of obtaining it. About 3 weeks in, there were no cravings, no blood sugar crashes, and no checking out the highly-processed sections in food stores. Even if I picked something from the shelf and checked the label and thought how I could "fit it in" I quickly lost interest and put it right back. In the past, there was lots of "emotion" put in such decisions and the volatility of both those was significant. Not anymore.

As one would expect from something targeting insulin sensitivity/mimicking, I lost significant amount of fat in the midsection. Going from high to mid teens in bf percentage, I already got veins peeking in both lower and upper abs. I also seemed to keep losing fat as I was increasing calories after the 4-week deficit period back to maintenance over the course of 3 weeks.

This was the easiest time I have had losing fat and sticking to a plan and I intend to run Pump Dirt again once I am legit lean to see how I respond then. This is some exceptionally strong formula :beerchug:

that is a really nice review!!!

I recently purchased and have been using ‘Pump Dirt’ in the capsule form. Since using I have not noticed any additional carbs being able to be eaten and not stored as fat. I have used both pre-workout, as well as in between meals. So far my fat gain/storage is the same as before.
