pslin carbs?

just bought some pslin and i got some ABB carb drinks for the first couple workouts...but i was wondering if eating a pbandj would be a suffiencent amount of complex carbs after taking pslin?? and anyother easy suggestions for complex carbs
 
You need 60-100g. Maybe 2 or 3 sandwiches, depends on thickness etc.

I recommend 1 cup of oatmeal (60g), a banana (30g), 2 scoops of whey (40g). Eat the banana while you cook the oats, stir in the whey after - tastes good!
 
pick up some waxy maize from nutraplanet it's pretty cheap 3 scoops of waize plus 1-2 scoops protein. much easier to drink that than a bunch of oats.
 
WMS is bunk, dont waste your money.

Oats is full of fibre and nutrition, including small amounts of protein.

I rode the malto/dextrose train for brief time also, but i just like oats for pre and post workout CHO. That and brown rice(mainly prewo meal).
 
i get my lunch break at 1230 and workout at 2. is this too much time inbetween too eat my carbs and take my pslin

Stupid question - 2 scoops of whey has 40g carbs? Is that like curds and whey type of whey or do you mean whey protein? Cause my whey protein says 1g carbs per scoop.

40g protein, not CHO

his preworkout adds up to:

90g CHO, 40G Pro and whatever minimal amount of fats
