pick up some waxy maize from nutraplanet it's pretty cheap 3 scoops of waize plus 1-2 scoops protein. much easier to drink that than a bunch of oats.

I recommend 1 cup of oatmeal (60g), a banana (30g), 2 scoops of whey (40g).
Stupid question - 2 scoops of whey has 40g carbs? Is that like curds and whey type of whey or do you mean whey protein? Cause my whey protein says 1g carbs per scoop.
