pSilentBob's pSARM log (pSponsored)

Yeah, and I think I caught a mild case of the flu. ****ing sick people not staying home. I haven't trained since sunday because of how bad I've been feeling. Hopefully I'll feel better friday.

I feel you hommie. I got the same thing. From looking around the board it seems like the popular thing to be

Friday 2/22
Back in the gym, back on the pSarm. Finally feeling better. I swear, I sweat out whatever was ailing my the last two nights. Had the heat turned up, heated blankets, and sleeped in sweats. I slept for 12 hours but it wasn't restful.

Props to Gut Health to limiting my downtime to only one actual sick day, the rest were simply 'under the weather.'

Haven't been in the gym since sunday and I haven't been on the sarm since wednesday.

Anyhow still was able to throw up some good numbers on chest day.

It was nice hitting 360 again, makes me feel big. :) I know I wasn't on my back or anything, but that's still a lot of weight. I couldn't hit my tris today. So I'm gonna modify my week and have a bis and tris day. That way I'll be able to focus on only back tomorrow. Should make for a good lift, not to mention keep my lifting at under an hour, overtraining be damned. :)

Couldn't lift until after 4, just did back, no biceps.

Good Mornings
65x10, 85x10, 105x10, 125x10, 145x5 The pain train is coming!!

Good Mornings feel AWSOME at moderate weight. I don't want to call 145 heavy cause a lot of you are bigger than me. Either way it felt intense, my neck and forehead veins were going nuts! I loved it!

I think the real test for the pSarm is going to be when I stop taking it. I know that sucks for a log, but like most things for me, I only notice them once I cease taking them. *shrugs*

Tomorrow I'm going to force myself out of bed early so that I can get a full leg day in before work. Work starts at 10:30 so I figure I need to be heading toward the gym no later than 8:30 to have a good workout. Get big, Seacrest Out.

Leg day felt good, my squats are getting deeper and my stability is improving as well.

Shoulders wasn't a good lift, we all have one of those every once in a while.

Today was bis/tris. 15 sets of bicep and 15 sets of tricep work. Also did 4 sets of DL @ 135, still working on form and whatnot. I don't know how I feel about doing bis and tris on the same day. Sure they arm veins go nuts but I still don't know if I like it or not. On the bright side, I did 80lb seated tricep extensions, I don't know if that was a first for me or not, but if it wasn't, I hadn't do 80lb in a long time.

nice. any elbow pain?

nope, never really had any issues with my elbows (knock on wood) My main issue at present is still food, my goal is to get a george foreman by the end of the week so that I can cook a lot of chicken without making a big mess, that's the plan anyway.

That'd be nice if I could get that rolling, then I could start using some of my hot sauces and dry rubs....I'm hungry.

Somthing great to pick up to replace food. BSN Syntha-6 protein. I've been drinking that stuff like its going out of style latly. It just tastes soooooo good 200cals & 5gr fiber per scoop. Its not much more than the ON 2lber to I figure why not.

I've been doing 2 scoops 2x's/day. It puts me at my 30gr limit of carbs so my other food is pretty blah. but whatever.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been busy with work and school. Currently in the middle of adjusting my workouts. No real updates on how I feel using the product. :(

Well I finished up my 2nd bottle of pSARM on Tuesday. Again, I would like to thank LGSciences for letting me log their new product.

Sadly I feel as though this time I was a non-responder. I didn't even get the negative responses that seemed to plague some of the other testers early on. I think the primary negative response by the other testers seemed to be nausea.

As opposed to focusing on posting my diet, I focused more in the later weeks on my diet itself (mullet's stfu and lift thread :) ) and I was able to hit 3000/day regularly. Even after getting my diet where I wanted it I still ended up dropping 4 pounds instead of gaining. At least it was 4lb of fat.

I really don't think that it is fair for me to rate this product if my body didn't respond to it. Again, thank you LGS. I sorry that I wasn't able to succeed with your new product.

On the bright side, I do have 4 tubs of Cold Fusion sitting on the floor. That BOGO promotion ya'll have going on w/ my shoppe is awsome. We've been selling out of it as soon as we get more in, and the best part is, I'm not the only one buying it :)

Take care LGS, it was a pleasure working with you.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been busy with work and school. Currently in the middle of adjusting my workouts. No real updates on how I feel using the product.

The fact that everything was not laid out from the beginning is why you failed here. If there had been better structure in your program you may have seen better results. With that said...There are going to be non responders for every product. I would hate to tell you what I am a non responder to lol.

I hear ya easy. I'll be interested in your log regarding it, pending you'll have a log for it.

i'll definitely log it, just the question is whether it will be solo enough that the results are meaningful.

So yeah, one week later.

My numbers are down. :frustrate

The only thing that's changed has been my lack of pSARM supplementation. I'm noticing that I'm not able to finish my 5th sets on lifts and sometimes I just can't even get to the 5th set.

This isn't something that I'm worried about, but it does give credit to pSARM. I'll go ahead and say that my squats are down from repping 305 to 285, and that's in a smith machine.

I'm carbing up hardcore so hopefully I'll be able to exceed my psarm numbers on my own in the near future, but I can't deny that LGS was able to help with some noticeable gains in the gym.

thanks for the follow-up ... I'm still on the fence about giving pSARM a go

I am currently running pSarm (4 a day and about 3 weeks in)with RPM (which i have been taking forever, thanks AN), and it definitley works. I have noticed an increase in strength and stamina over RPM alone.
The one thing that I think everyone has to deal with while on pSarm is the stomach discomfort/nausea. When I started I tried to dose two at a time, and I thought I had food poisoning. The stomach pain, discomfort, nausea, and other issues even further south after prolonged use make this perfect as a cutting compound...lol
If you can deal with the issues, it could be an amazing supplement.
