Friday 2/22
Back in the gym, back on the pSarm. Finally feeling better. I swear, I sweat out whatever was ailing my the last two nights. Had the heat turned up, heated blankets, and sleeped in sweats. I slept for 12 hours but it wasn't restful.
Props to Gut Health to limiting my downtime to only one actual sick day, the rest were simply 'under the weather.'
Haven't been in the gym since sunday and I haven't been on the sarm since wednesday.
Anyhow still was able to throw up some good numbers on chest day.

It was nice hitting 360 again, makes me feel big.

I know I wasn't on my back or anything, but that's still a lot of weight. I couldn't hit my tris today. So I'm gonna modify my week and have a bis and tris day. That way I'll be able to focus on only back tomorrow. Should make for a good lift, not to mention keep my lifting at under an hour, overtraining be damned.
