So I took my first dose just now. I am about to do bi and tricep workout. I will let you know how it goes.

I just got done working out. Had a very awesome bicep and tricep workout.


Warmup with bicep Pull ups 3 sets 25 reps
4 sets of 12lb bicep pull ups at 8 reps
3 sets cable curls 6 reps
Inclined bicep curls 20lbs 3 sets 6 reps
Now my arms getting pumped
25 tricep pushups 3 sets
3 sets of cable pull downs 6 reps
Now I'm feeling my whole arm being pumped.
3 sets cable kick back 6 reps
Awesome workout for me.

Since he's good with pix maybe he will post some of these exercises up. I can give a good guess though. I think he is saying he is working his biceps by doing pull ups; Back as well.
But that's just my best guess, for sure the tricep focused push up would have his hand in a diamond form.

So kinda like Chin-ups or diamond push ups , I've heard that keeping elbows close to the body also isolates triceps more :p He'll post up a vid or pic of them later i guess.

If he is doing that plus this stack , his arms will get huge , throw in some Dips dj!! good luck on the stack! (I say with confidence they can grow...because he obviously has no problem pounding down a LOT of food also lol)

Elevated tricep pushups are harder than I anticipated. Especially when you warm up with 25 push ups and do 3 sets.

Post workout shake protein and carbs. 30 g of protein over 40 g 50 g of carbohydrates.

I can get away with eating any thing? my martial arts balances it all out

This is most of my line up not including pro nos anabolic switch and black powder.

My patches should be here any day.
 
Had a killer leg work out as well as a killer chest and abs workout today.
Static squats
Elevated lunges
Stiff cable dead lifts
leg extension

Static ab roll 20x 10 second hold
Reverse ab roll with legs 3 sets 12,reps
Leg lists 2,sets 12 reps

Weighted push up warmups 3lb 25x3
20 pound pushups 3 sets 6 reps
Weighted dips 3 sets 6 reps
Cable flys 3 sets 6 reps
I ate like a horse yesterday oh my gosh. I was so hungry. The pumps are great as far as I can tell. Strength is up. Easier to do warm ups.

What are you noticing from the products (if anything)?

All I've seen is some work outs, pics of food, & now I know you're going to the bathroom...?

Killer shoulder workout today.,
Shoulders felt full.
Workout is getting easier so I'm increasing my intensity each week. Been only using this for about a week now. Give me a few more days.
Should I be taking them on the weekend?
I hate one bring 30 serving and the other being 25. Very weird.
 
Bathroom break again. This weekend we will know for sure .
 
I better not have any issues because tonight I have a promotional gig threw a modeling agency and I can't be going to the bathroom all the time. Promting vodka. 30 bucks a hour 2 hour promo .

Cable curls 3 sets 6 reps
Seated isolated sumbell curl inline 3 sets 8 reps 20lbs
Push ups triceps 25x3
Dips weighted 3 sets 8 reps 12lbs
Cable kick backs 3 sets 6 reps
Isolated cable tricep over head press 3 sets 8 reps

My workout is getting more efficient as I continue to use the products. I will go further on the week to see when doing my same routine second time around how much easier it will be. I can tell definitely between not using it and using it obviously because I didn't stop working at prior to the products.
 
So I didn't take recycle today. And I have no bathroom issues. I now know it is recycle and not dpol that is giving me issues.

Strength up so far and appetite up. Restroom is still a issue.
 
Awesome day today. Back day. Amazing pumps and strength. I took the patch as directed 4-8 hours pre for no and 1 hour before for the creatine patch.
25x4 3lbdumbell got easier.
Weighted 20lb wide grip pullups 6 reps 4 sets.
Cable rows 3 sets 6 reps
Upright cable rows 3 sets 6 reps
lat pull down on cable 3 sets 6 reps.
I am feeling great today.


mmmmmm BBQ for lunch and we just got done eating 4 beef patty's .

Bathroom again in the morning. I am not liking this at all.
 
So I have been eating more and craving more food these past few days. Not sure if its the dpol and recycle but I am getting hungy.
 
With the bathroom issues how are you dosing the Recycle and Dpol?

Since I eat often during the day, maybe take 1 pill of each with each meal?
 
I dose three tablets and four capsules in the morning with my morning breakfast or shake.

Strength gains. My warm ups are a lot easier. Also my rest times are shorter and my hunger is up. I eat a lot but dang last night lets see I had dinner at 5. Then went to a bbq at 6 for more meat than at 8:30 ate more meat and than at more meat. I feel more hungry since on dpol and recycle.
