Just bought a tub of vanilla cupcake batter Protean and thought I'd share.
It mixes well with milk in a blender bottle. Produces a creamy shake with little foam. Overall mixing is a non-issue. Taste is exactly as it says, vanilla cupcake batter. I'm a huge vanilla fan and Protean hits the nail on the head. A
Now for the real reason of this review. Vanilla cupcake batter + non-fat greek yogurt = Cheesecake. I took one cup of greek yogurt and added one scoop of Protean then mixed well with a spoon. This mix taste amazing and has about 43g of protein and 260 cal. Throw in some fresh berries of choice, wow! I'm going with a lower carb. diet, but if you put this creamy mix in a graham cracker crust it would be an amazing cheesecake replacement. So good I would serve to any of my friends. A+
I end the review by saying, I will buy this product again. Both of my brothers are putting in orders as well.
