Man....I need to get back into the swimming pool one day.
It is an amazing anerobic exercise that definetely works out a lot of muscles that are usually neglected during weight training. I would definetely recommend swimming for a form of cardio and also to increase overall health. If you have the acess to use a pool, take advantage of it.
Man, I use to have a beautiful tan. LOL.
I must admit, there was nothing like the feeling of winning a mile race. What I don't miss is the 400IM, damn that sucked.
