just wanted to share my experience w/IBE.

somehow my order got lost and didn't ship for over 2 months.
it took awhile to figure it out but IBE stepped up and did more than was necessary to make up for the mistake.

i've placed numerous orders with them in the past and this is the only time i've had any trouble. let me say that IBE was more than generous in making up for the f-up.

You want your order to be lost and then found with added generosity? Wouldn't you rather just receive your order with no lag? If you have a problem please follow up with customer service through email / phone or pm one of us guys about it and we'll direct you to the correct channels....

I've never had an issue with IBE but if I did I know they would straighten things out, if they were at fault. Great guys to do business with.

i discussed my problem with LMR through pm on the IBE forum and also through email at the admin@ address. it's all good now, should have my goodies by tomorrow. ;)

thanks. i got serious and dropped 15lbs since April and seem to have gained some muscle over the same period.
