how about a product with a good dose of powdered mustard(folklore has this as powerful anti hyperglycemic), cinnamon extract, fenugreek bulk and finally gymnema and banaba leaf whole or extract, i feel this taken 30-45 minutes before every nutritional intake would definitely be beneficial to engorge the muscles
