Pro-mag and Winny

since it takes me about 4 or 5 weeks to plan a cycle, get the things needed for said cycle, and also plan a proper PCT, i thought i would start throwing some ideas around. One that comes to mind is starting a Pro-mag and Winny cycle. Most likely keeping Pro-mag at a 75mg. max with a 50mg. max of Winny. This would be my ST time with Winny so 50mgs. might be the best area to be in for me, and I've had the Pro-mag for about a year now and would like to use it this summer on a cut. my goal is to cut body fat by about 5-8% so from 15% to just under 10% and either put on 5-8% of muscle (or less) but at least keep what i have. I'm proposing to eat about 500cals. above maintenance a day VERY CLEAN 50/40/10...or so. I'm 31 years old 6'1" 205 lbs. (put on lbs. since Nov., some fat, which is what I'm trying to get rid of for the summer). if i left anything out let me know, otherwise feel free to critique, poke fun or just read.

sounds good. liver support will be needed, dont run this longer then 6 weeks.. winny is not liver friendly and promag is extremely mild if u ask me.

thx man. i was thinking about 5 weeks total. and of course, cycle support 2 weeks pre, all during and into PCT. i also run AX's "perfect cycle" during, at a low dose (2 tabs e.d.). thanks again

i would imagine that would be a dry, stiff cycle. good for shows and beaches though
I'm 31 and I've never seen a "6-pack" or heaven forbid a "8-pack" on me, wonder what it looks like. i got close last year but was still learning about proper diet (still am, mind you). I guess i just wanted to see what it looks like before i get older and it becomes more difficult not to say that it will be impossible but more difficult i would imagine. i do believe I'm going to have to cut down my cals to around 500 above recommended maintenance though, I'm going to try that cause, my metabolism is relatively high and the "recommended" is more low than i think my body would like, i still have to be able to function on a daily basis, know what i mean?
