I picked this up because I can't have anything in the gym. So I add this to the water and since its not flavored its clear so they can't tell!

Solubility-9/10 Dissolves all the way and fairly quickly
Taste in water -6/10- its doable but it kind of a has a funky taste.

This stuff seems to be a bit denser than other BCAA's I have tried. not as flaky or gritty.

Would I buy them again? Yes.
 
Your not aloud to have drinks in the gym? Wow.
 
Great review mate! Thanks for posting ;) That does sound pretty harsh, is it sports drinks they get funny about?
 
Luv the BCAA's . waiting on some now along with liver juice great for during the workout (bcaa's)
 
They are just afraid someones gonna spill something and its gonna ruin their flooring i guess. Its pretty retarted......Last time I brought Xtend in, they asked me if it was water. I said yes because it was in a colored bottle. The girl picked it up sniffed it and dumped it down the drain. ( This is a school gym )....probably why they are sticklers
 
Sound like PP has given you a means to a loophole though.
