Primordial Performance AndroMass Cycle

Ill be bumping my andro dose up I. A few days. I think I will stick with just this for now.. 6 softgels each morning is recommended correct?
 
I have tamox, daa, and erase pro onb file as of now, could we work with this?, as well as t911and ecdy sterone?

IMO seems like you have everything covered. Have you tried Ecdysterone before? Let me know how your PCT works for you as I will most likely do something very similar and will be running an AM cycle of 8 weeks at 6 caps a day which is the recommended dose by PP. However I don't think adding in some Toco 8 would do you any harm.

i think you're wasting the time on a PH/designer or AAS working out 3 times per week. thats unacceptable. doesn't take that long to workout. the eating and supplementation and sleeping are what takes time. you're all fired who do that.

I disagree and agree:) just depends entirely on the type of training, and are we including 2-a-days, 3-a-days?

yeah right....they are complaining about not having enough time to train more than 3 days a week (which I bet is scaled down to 2 days at times)....and they are doing 3 a days? :D unlikely.....i call bullshyt, i work 25-30 hours a week.....take 4 classes....workout 4X per week, supplement, eat, sleep etc....and I know I can work upwards of 35 or so hours in place of the 25 and still do it with no problem (I have done so, but you want to get good grades so...). a workout is an hour at a time max, 4 hours a week.... really? too much? nonsense.....and I'm old, these guys are young.....and then the "I'm too sick to work out", again I say bullshyt.....I never once have missed a workout due to general illness....major health problems? of course....but not an upset tummy or a common cold. just STFU and workout I say.....

I have to agree though I use to say I'm too tired to work out an make excuses... Once I eat wait a few hours take a PWO and get in there and lift I'm legit. I work 45 hours a week.

You have to still get your proper rest in yea... But I mean people still need to kill it in the gym.

Well I wasn't really speaking to them, just the whole 3-day split routine. Trust me I know the difference:)

Maybe for strength but for muscle mass accrual on hormones --- I'd say 5 days is best at least.

I work two jobs as well as go to school full time and I still find it hard to not workout 5-6x a week.. However I'm not training for strength atm..but summer aesthetics...yet I haven't noticed a DESCREASE in any lifts..some have gone up even though I've done shoulders/triceps 2x in the past 96 hours. I'm just so motivated to get a good body that I can't really NOT go get a weight training in. Since I'm not on anything PHs, would you say I should remove a day or two?

Yes, a PCT is always necessary. We recommend the TRS.

Honestly man, everyone is different. If your plan is working for you, there is zero reason to change.

NOt unless you are getting weaker, run down, and overly lethargic. If you have goo strength and recovery keep doing it.

I only am feeling lethargic in the sense that I'm not getting **** done like I used to. slacking on homework...taking longer to do that "thing" on my to-do list... I'm wondering if I need to up the carbs for my brain to work. haha. hmm hmm.

AndroDrive would make "to-do-lists" easier to conquer....but could impede appetite.
