yes 6 is the recommended doseIll be bumping my andro dose up I. A few days. I think I will stick with just this for now.. 6 softgels each morning is recommended correct?
i use a 3-day split in general, and a 4th day for things i feel like I need to work on while on cycle.
3 day workouts do make things the easiest. I progressed well when I did 4 or 5s, but work forces me to cut backexactly what i do when im in school
I disagree and agreei think you're wasting the time on a PH/designer or AAS working out 3 times per week. thats unacceptable. doesn't take that long to workout. the eating and supplementation and sleeping are what takes time. you're all fired who do that.
I disagree and agreejust depends entirely on the type of training, and are we including 2-a-days, 3-a-days?

Well I wasn't really speaking to them, just the whole 3-day split routine. In season certainlyThere are many strength coaches who advocate 3 days of lifting.

You may have a favorite, but you would be an idiot to not do both
Right!
HereToStudy said:Haha, Some reps your way. If I didn't live with my GF, I would have that poster up in my room lol.
Put up a poster of ya g/f
Maybe for strength but for muscle mass accrual on hormones --- I'd say 5 days is best at least.

Hey guys, quick question. Will I still need my full PCT since im only running AndroMass?
I work two jobs as well as go to school full time and I still find it hard to not workout 5-6x a week.. However I'm not training for strength atm..but summer aesthetics...yet I haven't noticed a DESCREASE in any lifts..some have gone up even though I've done shoulders/triceps 2x in the past 96 hours. I'm just so motivated to get a good body that I can't really NOT go get a weight training in. Since I'm not on anything PHs, would you say I should remove a day or two?
Yes, a PCT is always necessary. We recommend the TRS.
Honestly man, everyone is different. If your plan is working for you, there is zero reason to change.
