So a couple of us lucky members were chosen to run a log for Super Cardarine, and i figured to make it a little more fun to run a bragging contest between us loggers to see who could make the biggest transformation between us. Well PRIMEVALVP kicked it up a notch and offered up four free products to the winner..HELLYEA

Rules.
- Open to all members who have been chosen to run the Super Cardarine log.
- Any other SARMS ran along with super cardarine must be Primeval Labs product
- Contest will be 45 days; given that proper dose is 4 caps a day making it 20 mgs with 180 caps in the bottle.
- Must run a separate log for the products
- Last entry date will be monday the 12th. gives everyone time to buy products if needed. if you want to enter but dont have enough time to get products in, before pictures still need to be in by the 12th. everyone then has 45 days to run the logs then post up after pictures.
This will be a extra gathering place for members competing in the contest to link their logs for following, post before and after pictures/videos, and maybe a little bit of trash / motivational talking.

So lets get in here and get it moving, im thinking contest will start once the logging products are received and you get your starting pictures up.
 
Cardine from what i remember of the top of my head, it helps lose weight and increases endurance right?

Ok I just read this, I was confused when Chris was talking about a transformation contest, it wasn't mentioned that is was for primevil labs so I thought this was the contest he was talking about. I guess this puts me out.

You are going to have to be damn near competition lean to win this one with where you started out though. It is biggest transformation, not who looks best at the end!!!

I like the confidence, hopefully you still have it after I :spankme: you in here!

Nice job TheSaiyan ! Looking good! I have lost some a couple lbs, the changes are noticeable but I haven't taken any pictures just yet. Hopefully this coming weekend.
 
No nudes here but this is pretty noticeable. I was just barely able to get my self into the 3rd hole of my belt when I started. To the point is actually peeled the leather on the other side loose as you can see in the pic. This was this morning. Oh and The pants were painful to put on and now the slide down a little when I buttoned them.

I will just leave this update from my log in here for you guys...

Okay I thought I would liven things up a bit in here with a vid and some progress shots. I told you all I have been eating more carbs and staying full. I am up to 212 after the carb up plus the addition of about 50g more carbs on non lifting days, and about 100g of carbs more on lifting days on average. I adjusted fats down, and am cycling carbs, fat, and calories on a regular basis. So my weight is moving up and down about 4 pounds over the course of the week. Seems I am going from around 208-212 upon waking. The OSTA is definitely treating me nicely. I bumped it to 40 last week too. I just need to start working on my arms a little more to get the size up a bit if I ever want to think of competing again. Unless I do physique that is. More than likely I will keep my focus on strength training and hit up a meet in the next year.

First lets get into my workout then I will post the pics and the video.

Super Set 1 -
Hex Bar Dead Lift - 145x5, 235x4, 325x3, 415x2, 525x2
- I missed it last week but ate some good carbs this week and nailed it, and then some! I felt like I had another rep in me but had a lot more work to do...
Push Ups 90% max reps - 70, 40, 40, 40, 31 - a total of 221 push ups in the 5 sets. Up a good bit from last time. Gotta love those carbs!!!!

Super Set 2 -
Reverse Grip Bent Over / Dorian Rows - 185x10, 185x10, 235x8, 235x8
DB Farmer's Carry - 50lbs x50 yards x 4 sets


Super Set 3 -
Prone Grip Inverted Rows Max reps - 25, 16, 14
DB Lateral Raises 20x15, 20x15, 20x15
- this superset was a beast after all of the other back work!!!! Traps were dead and not able to assist in the side raises which made a huge difference.

Tire Sled Drag - 6 minutes - I had to pull in both directions to keep it moving the whole time! It was brutal!

Mobility work for 6 minutes at the end, just foam rolled here.

In these pics I had eaten most of my daily meals, just finished my lift and downed a half gallon of water so I weighed myself right after I took them, and was 215.7 at the time of the pics. I was 212 this morning.

Did everyone finish this out I haven't seen updates lately so I have some picks to make unless someone can tell me that everyone is still going strong and we have another week or something along those lines.
